I already told you some news about the Body Shop All-In-One BB Cream ($20) that launched in the UK. I’m delighted to report that it is now available here in the US.
This All-In-One BB cream transforms from a white cream to suit your skin tone. It has pigment filled capsules like the recently launched L’Oreal BB Cream which release the color inside as you apply. These pigments adapt to your skin tone.
I’d like to try this out. I didn’t like L’Oreal’s version but Body Shop does pull through with their makeup and has some fairly nice offerings from time to time.
This is available now in shops or online (Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off online) at www.thebodyshop-usa.com
Tried it already?

P.S. Anyone up for a funeral for Roland Deschain? Apparently the Dark Tower series films are getting farther and farther out of my reach….
We are gathered here today to possibly, maybe, kinda sorta say goodbye to my favorite gunslinger of all. We’re also here for a mass suicide if they cast Russell Crowe as Roland. Just shoot me.
I’ve technically always pictured Jeffrey Dean Morgan in the part…how about you?
This a little late of a review since Lunasol Shining Eyes were released Spring 2010. But I realized I never reviewed them here on Musings and decided to do so today.
I’m a big fan of this type of Japanese cream eyeshadow. Many, many brands have a similar sort of product however, my first try with them were from Visee.
Let’s take a look!
So how we feeling about Lush Emotional Brilliance so far? Lush launches themselves back into the world of cosmetics with this range of makeup. I say “back into” since they have already had a makeup line a few years ago called B Never.
B Never was fancy and posh and terribly alluring but Lush Emotional Brilliance is more industry for me. It’s very modern yet has an old world alchemy feel about it as well.
Lush’s “Spin the Wheel” discovery game can be played which personalizes your color experience with Emotional Brilliance. It’s not something you have to do but it’s a fun little extra that allows Lush to spontaneously select shades they think suit your mood.
Lush’s Color Wheel will select a shade based on your “mood” or “state of mind” and is available to play with at both stores and online.
What do you think of the Color Wheel? I’m more about selecting shades I like. Are you cool with letting Lush doing the picking for you?
I checked our an Emotional Brilliance Eyeliner recently and this morning I decided to test out the Emotional Brilliance Liquid Lipstick I got my greedy hands on.
Here are some thoughts!
So yeah, NARS Outlaw Blush ($28) disappeared off the face of the earth before I could haul it. As you know NARS Blush in Outlaw was available as part of the general catalog for quite a while.
When it disappeared I’m unsure. I just know that I never technically indulged in the shade and why that is, is quite the mystery.
Sadly, I can’t compare the formula of yesteryear to today’s current formula but I will say I like Outlaw as a color but the formula is a little bit meh.
Take a look!
You tell me what you think!
