Sleek Makeup Avoir la peche Collection

A week or two ago my mate Zara from Kiss and Makeup posted about the Sleek Make Up Paraguaya i-Divine Palette aka the Avoir la peche Palette. I fell in lust quickly.

This morning I seen the promo images and my good people we need this collection!

I ordered it quickly before it sold out!

Take a look!

First off, how stunning is the promo model? Incredible right?

The collection features three products themed around peach shades.

Take a look:

  • Sleek Makeup Pout in Sugar May
  • Sleek Makeup Blush in Pan Tao
  • Sleek Makeup Paraguaya i-Divine Palette

So what do you think?

I love it! It’s stunning! I hope I can make it work and it looks as lovely in person as it does on the model. I’m a little worried about the blush as I’ve tried the Sleek blushes before and some are hits and some are misses but I’m on it anyway.

I ordered everything including the new i-DIVINE Primer Palette I told you about several weeks ago since I couldn’t justify the shipping for it at the time but now with the items from this collection I’m willing to splurge.

Sleek Makeup is a British brand but they do ship worldwide. It’s a bit high at $13.50 but the makeup has always proven ace for me so it’s worth the splurge when you’re buying a few products at once.

What do you think of Avoir la peach?

I thought the blush looked a bit chalky from the swatches I’ve seen, but I have the palette. It’s so summery and gorgeous! And I’m kinda regretting not ordering the Lip Pout while I was at it. :/

    • the Muse

Shamini doesn’t surprise me. Some of their blushes are gold but some are crummy :-/ the lip pout is a def yay it seems ;D!

I’m really eager to try their pout polishes…there’s a lot of things I want to try but I’m hesitant to order from them. Besides shipping, I’ve heard so many horror stories, esp. when that 50% off sale was going on they treated their customers quite shabbily. I think I’ll eventually place an order anyway though- I want the Circus and Acid Palettes and the new primer one looks interesting. I can’t wait for your review of that!

    • the Muse

lorraine I really have had great service with them so far including during the 50% off sale, I got my order without a prob. ;-D

i definitely lost my faith in them after that sale. I tried for 8 hours to order it and in the end, my order did not go through thanks to SagePay. To be fair, they weren’t equipped to deal with large volume but boy was it frustrating, especially since I had to wake up at 6 am. They redeemed themselves by sending out codes for 50% for those who were unsuccessful in getting their orders through a few days ago.

I love peach anything and this one looks right up my alley! 😀 I’m loving the lipcolour on the model. SO SUCCULENT LOOKING!

Millions of peaches, peaches for me, millions of peaches, peaches for free. 😉

  • Josie

Agghhhh so pretty! Loving the blush and gloss! Can’t get Sleek in Canada though so you are torturing us with lovely things, Muse!

  • clementine

LOL, OMG, I posted about this in the morning as well… EVERYTHING LOOKS SO PRETTY. ): I’m normally not tempted by warm colors AT ALL, but this entire set makes me swoon. But that shipping!!

    • the Muse

clem it wasn’t too bad shipping wise thanks to the fact i ordered a few things 🙂

  • Mary the Muse Militant

I didn’t know this was out – thanks Muse for informing us !
I’ll be down to superdrug in the morning and I hope to god the palette has a lot of matt colours, well at least half 🙂

  • GreenTeaHoney

OMG… nice! I love tangie, peachie makeup tone, somehow! =D

  • Fabiola

I’ve got the pout polish as well as the blush. The blush is simply great. I’ve always wanted to try an orange blush, as most blushes tend to be pink in colour and I thought an orange one might suit my warm skin tone. It really gives my skin a glowy look, so I’m very happy with it.

The pout polish is quite nice too. It doesn’t show up that much on my lips, but I feel it goes well with the blush without making it all look too matchy matchy.

  • Mary the Muse militant

I had a good old look at the eyeshadow palette but left it there.
Nothing wrong with it at all but just not for me.
It has “The Muse” written all over it though ! LOL
Lots of shimmery colours there with a few matt as well.
The colours are gorgeous and would suit warmish toned skin better than cool toned.
Hope you love yours Muse when it arrives.
Also just to mention, the blush was a very vibrant peachy orangey colour and well pigmented and would look great on you.

    • the Muse

haha mary I love your “it has muse written all over it” ;-D Thanks! now I’m really excited girl!

  • Amy

As soon as i saw this picture i fell in absolute LOVE i’m a big one for peachy pink lip and blush colours and these are to die for! I live in England and i’m rushing out to superdrug right now to go get it!

      • Amy

I just went down, and they didnt have it! Just my luck. I didnt see any sleek products whatsoever, which is so odd because everytime i go in i see them! I’m looking on the superdrug website now, fingers crossed as i really want to try this now as well as the blush 😀

        • the Muse

you can buy directly from sleek’s site amy. believe shipping is cheaper if you’re in UK 🙂
