Imagine that great glow you get after a day at the beach or in my case the pool, I don’t do sand, seaweed, and the ocean…no way!

Sun kissed skin, the golden glow of your face…imagine the shades that compliment that look like corals, golds, and bronze.

Now imagine the new Bobbi Brown Miami Collection for Summer 2012 that captures that look.

When I look at the model, her face to me looks more dirty than tanned and glowy o_O… Lol, what’s wrong with me =D?

Wow, this is the first summer collection that I have been excited about. Some of my cream shadows are old and getting dry and there are a couple of those that I think I NEED. There’s also a couple of the lippies that look wonderful. I’ve never bought any Bobbi Brown products, I think this is the perfect time to try her out!

The promo looks like something from the 80s….esp. her hairstyle. Otherwise, the collection looks like one worth checking out! 🙂

The cream eyeshadows are lovely! Muse, I think you might like the Copper one. It’s very metallic and dramatic. They are all lovely and wearable in my opinion.

can’t wait can’t wait can’t wait ;-D they sound gorg. haven’t been to counter yet!

For some reason, I thought that the Cheek Glow was going to have a gel consistency like all the other popular gelee-highlighters out now. :/

it is! l It’s described as a powder-gel hybrid. I do recommend trying these at the counter before purchasing–if you can. I was extremely disappointed with the Shimmer Cheek Glows. They weren’t pigmented in the slightest and were difficult to swatch with both fingers and a brush. Charleston Girl at bestthingsinbeauty.blogspot.com was able to get a little color to show up–but that’s because she used a sponge-tipped applicator for her swatches.

Also, Muse: are you sure the Treatment Lip Shines are limited edition? I’m pretty sure they’re not–but I could be wrong. Same goes for all the cream shadow shades except Candlelight!

hi becca the shades are LE not the products, hope this helps 🙂

        • Becca

Oh lol, sorry–I should have specified. I meant “are you sure the shades are limited edition”. Sorry! But yeah, according to the information I’ve read, the only items out of the Miami Collection that are limited edition are the 2 Shimmer Cheek Glows, Candlelight cream shadow, and the perfumes. Like I said, I could be wrong–I’ll definitely check with the company. Thanks!

press release from Bobbi Brown says LE, i took it directly from there.

MY GOOD NESS! I think I need it all – and I haven’t bought any Bobbie Brown since Denim & Roses!

When I read Jasmine is in perfume (or Gardenia) for that matter, I just read headache. For some reason those two just really make my head want to bust open.
