NYC New York Color Big Bold Curl Mascara Review

If we take a little NYC New York Color Big Bold Curl Mascara and pair it up with the new L’Oreal Telescopic Extensions Mascara I’d say we have our perfect HG mascara (holy grail).

Take a peek!

NYC New York Color Big Bold Curl Mascara promises up to 99% more curl and twelve times the volume. It doesn’t do much for length ladies but the curl and volume is fairly decent here.

My before and after images don’t do this one justice so DO try it for yourselves, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised how well it works for a mere $4.99.

This creates thicker, fuller lashes with a single stroke. I like how they don’t promise longer and fuller…things get tricky when you’re making to many promises. So it’s nice they market it as a curl and volumizing mascara and that my dears is exactly what it delivers on.

The applicator is curved and bushy allowing you to easily stroke lashes up and out. It can get a little clumpy if you stroke too quickly so just take it slow at first to get a handle on the bigger brush. On a stroke it gives nice, full lashes and quite a good deal of curl as well. For super curling action def curl your lashes prior, apply a few coats, and go to town. The formula has a rich black pigment that holds curl nicely all day without weighting lashes down.

Although it isn’t waterproof on my drier eyes it didn’t smudge and remained fresh through the wear while removing easily at the end of the night with eye makeup remover.

I haven’t tried it yet but I think pairing it up with Telescopic Extensions will produce some brilliant results.

So far do likey this!

It’s available now at drugstores for $4.99.

I purchased this item.

I just bought this at my local Target for 4.99…I kind of like it…Almost like a dumbed down version of my beloved Colossal lol. It gives curl & thickness, but heck it the application messy…Thank goodness for q-tips. Again an excellent review & I may try & pair it w/ a lengthening mascara like Telescopic to generate a longer lash look, it certainly provides well in the volume dept. I honestly never knew NYC had decent mascaras.
