MAC Studio Waterweight Foundation

Fluid foundations are trending for Fall 2015 and the latest brand to launch one is MAC Cosmetics. MAC Studio Waterweight Foundation for Fall 2015 ($33) is a new fluid foundation with a gel serum formula provides buildable coverage.

Take a look!

I’ve been reading about MAC Studio Waterweight Foundation all Summer long and I’m happy to report it is finally available. This new formula has an SPF 20 and promises to blur the appearance of fine lines, pores and imperfections while controlling oil and perfecting skin. It’s a stay true color formula so it doesn’t oxidize or change color once applied and provides a silky finish with a moisture fusion complex that provides hydration upon first application and throughout the wear.

This coverage is completely customizable so you can apply a small amount for sheer, natural coverage or apply several more drops for medium coverage.

MAC also has a 196 Slanted Flat Top Foundation Brush ($35) this round brush has dense bristles that provide a buffed out finish when using with the Waterweight Foundation. The soft yet dense bristles are also ideal for contour work!

MAC Studio Waterweight Foundation as well as the new MAC 196 Slanted Flat Top Foundation Brush is available now at Nordstrom.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Ive been looking forward to this formula, it looks great! I’m going to have to get matched though because the only mac foundation i’ve used is face and body, which has totally different shade numbers!
