Urban Decay Naked Skin Color Correcting Fluid

The Urban Decay Naked Skin Color Correcting Fluid ($28) that I hinted about yesterday are now available at Sephora.com for VIB Rouge & VIB members (everyone else likely can get these on or around 2/29).

This is a retake on the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer but in no correcting shades. Urban Decay formulated them in five shades that address concerns like darkness, dullness, redness, and other imperfections. They can be used in-conjunction with your foundation and regular conceal to correct and perfect.

Shades include:

  • Green reduces redness
  • Lavender balances sallowness
  • Pink brightens dark areas
  • Yellow corrects dullness
  • Peach masks circles/spots

What do you think of these new correctors?

Ready to give them a try?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I have a dumb question. But would these go under foundation or over foundation, right before concealer?

    • Isabella Muse

Under foundation Rainey, before concealer (or after if you want but typically works best before).

  • Rainey

I also always kinda thought dullness and sallowness was kind of the same thing. So would I need yellow or lavender? gah

Ingredients aren’t listed anywhere yet. If I get them I’ll be sure to list.

Sooooooo many color correcters! They are popping up everywhere! How do you choose when “all of the above” isn’t a choice?? Lol

I wish they’d add more shades to their concealer range that suit more skin tones.

I am finally heading out after 3 weeks with pneumonia this weekend to check these out and return some duds and I am hoping the peach isn’t too dark. I am going to try to pick up peach and pink to test out. I use the Mac Prep and Prime rose right now but the packaging is a nightmare. So if this is just as brightening and has as much “coverage” with my Naked/Nars concealer, it will be a score!

whoa! 3 weeks? Be careful! Take good care of yourself heading out as the weather has been a bit weird. Don’t want a relapse!
