Clinique City Block Purifying Charcoal Clay

Look at Clinique going all MAC Volcanic Ash on us! The new Clinique City Block Purifying Charcoal Clay Cleansing Gel and Clinique City Block Purifying Charcoal Clay Mask + Scrub are part of a new Charcoal Clay Skincare Collection that’s available now!

I’m excited. I have a deep love and appreciation for charcoal in my skincare as told my raving reviews of Lush Dark Angels, MAC Volcanic Ash, Biore Charcoal Nose Strips, and Freeman Charcoal & Black Sugar Face Polishing Mask.

Clinique City Block Purifying Charcoal Cleansing Gel $20
This cleansing gel gently removes dirt, oil, and makeup with natural charcoal that helps draw out pore deep gunk! Leaving all skin types deeply cleansed and refreshed.

Clinique City Block Purifying Charcoal Clay Mask + Scrub $28
Dull, tired skin is a perfect candidate for this dual-action detox mask that draws out dirt and oil as it gently exfoliates skin for a smooth, softened finish!

The new collection is hitting Clinique counters now or grab it at Sephora.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

I’m interested in this! MAC’s Volcanic Ash always felt warm on my face (is it supposed to be warm?); wondering if this will be warm too.

I loooove charcoal anything, I’ve had this mask in my Sephora cart for awhile, and I made a trip to my nearby Ulta specifically to pick up the new Hask charcoal purifying shampoo and conditioner (which I like a lot, even if it makes my hair a little tangly, but so does everything else in the world, such as a light breeze)….. 😀
