I wanted to do a round of blush recommendations to purchase during the Sephora Sale because there are so many great blushes out and about at the moment that you might not already own! These aren’t necessarily new blushes nor are they within sets or palettes but they are single shades or formulas that I love and use often which I beleive are well worth picking up.

And hey, at 20% off that’s a huge savings on some of these recs.

Jump ahead for my blush recommendations to purchase during the Sephora Sale and see if any are on your list!

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush is most definitely a favorite formula of mine and likely yours but do you own Glisten? Out of all the shades in this collection my favorite has to be Glisten and you really need it in your stash if you don’t already own it because it is thee most perfect shimmering golden peach every!

Possibly my most favorite release of blushes this year were the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Splits Shimmering Skin Perfector Mineral Blush Duo (Review). These blushes are split in half with a beautiful shade of highlighter on one side of the pan and a bright blush on the other. Far be it for me to rave highlighters (because I simply do not know how to apply them correctly) but this duo really creates some stunning, glowing looks!

Speaking of Becca have you tried their Shimmering Skin Perfector Luminous Blush (Review)? I have a thing for glow-y blushes and these fit to bill perfect! They give you a luminous glow without looking crazy shimmer and a perfect pop of color. I highly recommend Snagdragon (as seen below)!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush Palette Color Wheel (Review) did so thrill! Compact, portable, travel-friendly, and loaded with 10 shades of Tarte’s Amazonian Clay Blush! This one is a must!

It’s higher end but with 20% off the Marc Jacobs Beauty Shameless Bold Blush (Review) become way more affordable. These smooth, pigmented blush apply with an airbrushed finish!

Perricone MD No Blush Blush (Review) is my weekend dab and go blush! It’s creamy, super pigmented, and gives me just the right amount of natural, youthful color!

And last but never least I highly urge anyone who loves a good peach blush to haul yourself NARS Orgasm (Review) if you don’t already own it. It’s thee most perfect golden peach in the makeup world in my humblest opinion!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Yep, I have a Becca one in the cart 🙂 Hyacinth – I know it the poppy pink one, but I think I would love it with a nude eye.

I’m trying to stay away from eye palette purchases as I have more than enough. But blushes are a different story and this is a big help during the Sephora sale. The tarte color wheel is going in my cart and maybe an hourglass blush.

Gahh I love blush! I have too many.
I’ve been eyeing the Becca Blushed With Light palette, but I can’t justify the purchase. I’m still working through last year’s Tarte holiday blush palette (Bling It On Amazonian Clay Palette), and I feel like I’ll never hit pan. On the other hand… Becca’s Wisteria blush in that palette is pretty close to Tarte’s Celebration blush, which I *have* hit pan on… sooo… mayyybee… lol.
I wouldn’t mind having a few more of the Stila Aqua Glow Watercolor blushes. I own the shade Water Blossom and love the formula!
That Perricone MD No Blush Blush has had me curious for a while too…

ugh I’m horrible hitting pan and found it impossible 🙂 but those Stila Aqua Glow Watercolor blushes I couldn’t agree more 🙂 they are lovely!

I have one of the Becca Champagne Splits. It’s really nice. I was thinking about getting the Tarte Color wheel but I haven’t decided.

I really like them! I’m not a highlighter person but the splits were just too pretty!

Have you ever tried the Marc Jacobs Air Blush Soft Glow Duo? I’ve been wanting to try that for a while, though it pains me to spend that much on any one blush. On the other hand, I look at the Tarte wheel and I’m sooo tempted, but do I really need to add 8 new blushes to my collection? I’ve recently added Becca Blushed with Light palette and the Colourpop Bardot single to my collection, so I think I probably have all the blush I need in my life for the next couple of years! I don’t know though. . . could the next one be THE ONE?!

I did not! None of the shades captured me and swatching in store it seemed a little chalky. So I skipped! But don’t go by me, it might be awesome, that’s just based off a swatch I did it could look amazing 😀

That is such a gorgeous shade but I can’t wear it, makes me look deathly 🙁 SNIFF!
