Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Hyaluronic Acid Oil Jelly is a product I keep replenishing in my stash over and over again. I think it says something about a product if I can finish it and repurchase it! Hitting pan on makeup is difficult but when I’m testing a ton of different skincare products, I also find it hard to hit an empty on those products too.

But Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Hyaluronic Acid Oil Jelly is very easy to use up and I think you’ll understand why once you try it for yourself.

Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Hyaluronic Acid Oil Jelly is basically a super charged version of Vaseline. I’ve admitted that I use Vaseline on my face especially in the Winter when my skin is dry and flaky. Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Hyaluronic Acid Oil Jelly is actually better than Vaseline in my humblest opinion. So, if you’re one that uses Vaseline on your body and face you should get on very well with this formula.

This is a petroleum based jelly that’s contains five types of Hyaluronic Acid. Think of it as supercharged Vaseline! Although it does melt and absorb a whole lot better than your average, everyday Vaseline.

This comes in a small pot and yes, I do wish it was in a tube but that won’t stop me from buying it over and over again as the formula is pretty brilliant. This has a higher melt point than Vaseline which means the soft jelly texture melts upon contact with skin almost instantly and absorbs a lot easier. It doesn’t leave me sticky or tacky and it eases my dryness instantly. I pretty much use it everywhere. On my face, under my eyes, on my cuticles, on my lips, my elbows and knees, anywhere I need moisture! It’s a perfect pick if you have a cold and the sides of your nose are raw and flaky. It’s great for flaky, dry cheeks! And perfect to cure chapped lips. It contains no fragrance which means sensitive users should be fine with it.

Dare I say I like it a lot more than my beloved Rosebud Salve?

If you have dry skin anywhere on your body Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Hyaluronic Acid Oil Jelly is a must.

OMG nooooo nooooooo! Don’t mention Hiaruronsan! I miss it 🙂 It’s not like that, its a thicker vaseline-like texture. But just a good in the moisture department 😀

        I know, I miss it too!!! 🙁
But as long as this moisturizes without leaving an oily, super greasy-looking streak behind, I’m good to go. Sometimes when the weather is really cold and wicked I will break out in tiny rashes here and there on my face, so I need something I can put on throughout the day, over makeup, that will give me instant hydration…Sana’s stuff was the only thing I could that could be used like that. Thanks for letting me know- I’ll be purchasing this soon. 🙂

my pleasure and I know what you mean. I get a bit drier and flakier as well as sensitive during the Winter months and having a gel moisturizer that soothes, hydrates, and absorbs easier is a god sent and sana’s formula was exactly that 😀

I’m really not sure as I don’t have a lot of experience with micro needling.
