Commodity Storybook Fragrance Gift Set Gets a Muse Approval

So, I don’t have the Commodity Storybook Fragrance Gift Set in my possession but I’m already giving it a big, giant Muse Approval for purchase because I had the Commodity Cocktail Kit and absolutely loved it! Needless t say that set made me explore and purchase fuller sizes of some of Commidity’s perfumes. Since I really enjoy the layering technique behind Commidity’s line I decided to order this set for myself! Believe me, it is such an excellent introduction to their collection and a good way to further your education into the realms of niche fragrance without spending big bucks to do so!

The original Commodity Cocktail Kit was $22 and included 10 scents (five from the black label line and five from the white). This new Commodity StoryBook Fragrance Gift Set includes 15! That’s nearly the entire Commodity Collection. The scents were created to work with each other (or of course, can be worn individually) and can be layered for a unique fragrance experience.

Each mister included in the set is 0.05 oz in size and you’ll get fragrances from both the black label, white label, and new platinum label collection. Black and white labels tend to layer best together with platinum working with either white or black but really, the cocktail options are endless and you can combine them anyway you like. I like combining Book with Gold as it creates this gorgeous warm masculine amber scent that smells like a big hug from your boyfriend or husband.

I can’t Muse Approved this one enough having experienced the joys of Commodity first hand.

It’s an excellent way to experience niche fragrance on a budget.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

Sounds lovely! Thank you for the tip. I enjoy all your reviews, but I especially love the way you write about fragrance.
