There’s not a whole lot of special about the rainbow shade of Maybelline Fairy Highlight Illuminating Powder because well, let’s face it everyone has done it to death. Ulta, Wet n Wild, you name it and some brand has created a rainbow inspired highlighter. Honestly, the thought of Maybelline embracing the trend never crossed my mind so, it came as great surprise they did a rainbow highlighter.
