NARS Easy Glowing Cheek Palette Might Con Me Into a Purchase

If I’m going to be finagled into yet another highlighter palette it might as well be the NARS Easy Glowing Cheek Palette ($49) because it’s a beauty. Available in two shade selections NARS launched the Easy Glowing Cheek Palette exclusively at Nordstrom and it’ll be available for a limited time.

Shades include:

  • Reve Sale Cheek Palette (warm gold with a pearl finish, soft pink shimmer, and metallic rose gold)
  • Coucher de Soleil Cheek Palette (golden bronze shimmer, rose shimmer, and mauve shimmer)

I was kind of hoping that Coucher de Soleil might have enough pigment to also work as a blush palette of sorts.

MAC also recently launched a similiar trio of highlighters for Spring 2018 which is called the Hyper Real Glow Palette. This is also available in two shades a little cheaper at $39.50.

In the long run I’ll probably be good and not haul either even though the darker of the two looks lovely. I’m pretty much done with the highlighter thing. Sorry not sorry!

    I bought both! And one of the NARS liquid blushes in the shade Luster. Nordstrom included a 3-peice NARS gift with purchase as well. I’m so excited haha. NARS palettes are my weakness. I use them as blush, highlighter, eyeshadow. Hopefully these are good quality! I read that they are supposed to be used wet, which will be new for me. Hope you’re doing well!

      I was good. I backed slowly away from the computer. I won’t wear them even though I love NARS! Let me know about the darker one, I’d be curious to see if it worked as a blush if that’s the case I won’t be able to resist ;-D I’m GOOD! BUSY!!!!!!!!!! So busy! How are you?

        I applaud your self-control, madam hahaha. I’m good too! I started working out recently so that’s been kicking my booty. Other than that, pretty normal!

      They *can* be used wet, but the don’t have to be. If you want more opaque, saturated/intense color, use them wet; otherwise, the formula is designed to “warm up” and blend into the skin for a soft glow. My guess is they’re like the Bord de Plage palette, or the Dual Intensity formulas.

    The colors in these are beautiful. Big sigh. I would love for someone to release a blush palette with no shimmer. And no highlighter. I have highlighters. I’m with you Muse, I’m kind of over the trend of having a shiny face. For those that love it, then I say rock it! But not everyone wants to look like we have a disco ball reflecting on our face. Just some blush would be nice.

    Any idea if these will go live at Nordie’s? Some of the LE Nars doesn’t. And I have been misled before! I doubt that the design is even marred on Banc de Sable. I need gold, like I need fire ants. The other one, though…. Currently most tempted by the 6 pan of offbeat HLs on U…it’s either BH or MUR, so a fraction of this. But I think either of these would be worth the price of admission. FN does mighty fine face color. And lips….

      Not at mine. I spent my launch at Norides and nada there sadly. I went because I wanted to see the darker palette but sadly no go 🙁

      While searching for swatches online, I came across a post stating these are “Online Only, Nordstrom Exclusive” at this time, *but* will be available through NARS website & boutiques May 1.
