Sunday Riley The Influencer Clean Long Wear Foundation for Spring 2018

Sunday Riley The Influencer Clean Long Wear Foundation is a new $42 satin-matte medium to full-coverage foundation that is available in 20 shad selections. Sunday Riley says this will not only provide fresh looking lasting coverage but also is formulated to control oil without drying skin out and keeping is shine-free. It also acts as not only a foundation but a skincare of sorts thanks to the carefully selected ingredients. It’s formulated without talc or synthetic fragrances. Some of the ingredients sound pretty good but I did take note it contains a lot of silicone.

It’s one of Sunday Riley’s largest foundation launches as they do have or did have a Effortless Breathable Tinted Primer which acts as a tinted moisturizer but it was only available in three shade selections. It’s nice seeing the brand venturing into the makeup world.

I’m curious enough to try this!

How about you?

Sunday Riley The Influencer Clean Long Wear Foundation is available now at sephora.com.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I am very excited about this launch! I’ve been stalking it on Sephora since I read that it was coming.

I still have a bottle of the Sunday Riley Liquid Light Color Correcting Luminous HD Foundation. Not sure why it went away but I do like it. The coverage is light and it has a nice yet mild citrus scent that quickly dissipates.

Noticed the shades on the Influencer seem a bit similar to the Liquid Light. I’ll definitely be checking out this new foundation, especially with the upcoming Sephora sale.

Do they still make the tinted primer?! I thought it was lovely and still have a tiny amount. Was a nice Summer makeup! I’m a little concerned about the shimmer in this formula! Hopefully it is good if you try it update me?

Mica in a foundation is tough. I have no problem, skin wise, but ooh it gets sparkly quick on me.

Yeah, agreed! I don’t want to glow all over my face thanks but no! My face is round, don’t need a spotlight on my double chin lol!

Looking forward to this! Need to swatch shades, don’t want to blind buy. And no, they got rid of all their makeup when the line really started to take off… You can still find a few peices on EB.

I just ordered this with the 15% off from Sephora I’m super excited to try this thinking maybe a nice summer foundation.

I did get it. I’m very disappointed the coverage was not that great once on for me at least. It never got a nice matte look to it as it slipped around even after I set it with Pwd. The back of the bottle claims so much that I just wasn’t wowed. I will try a few more times before I decide to return or not

Too many ‘cones, too high on the list for you, methinks. I feel suffocated just reading the ingredients. The rest seems pretty decent.

i went to the launch pop up in the city and got my shade. i’m quite impressed with it so far! it feels like nothing on my skin but gives such beautiful coverage. I still need concealer on my dark circles, but I don’t know of any foundation that is fullest coverage to where I don’t need it. I should have my full review this week.

I was talked out of it by a rep in store. They said it was very matte but I tried a swatch and it felt quite light. Do you think it is fully matte?

      • diane

it’s not a flat matte. it’s more of a natural/demi-matte, in my opinion. i hope that makes sense!

totally helps! She was like all, “Oh this is super matte!” and I ended up putting it down! Booo!
