Attention Sephora BIs and VIBers Don’t Put All Your Eggs in One Basket

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Today the Sephora Beauty Appreciation Sale opened up to BI and VIBs. You’ll get 15% off your total at or in stores (VIB use YESVIB and BI use YESINSIDER). Rouge gets 20% off (use YESROUGE) which is quite generous if you’re shopping higher-end makeup, skincare, or fragrance.

I highly, highly recommend waiting on the sale. Don’t jump just yet! The Labor Day Weekend is looming and that means sales. Lots and lots and lots of sales. If you have plans to purchase items from Too Faced, Tarte, Bare Minerals, etc…you might want to hold off a little longer as some of these brands might be having their own sales for 20% off or higher! The better deal is obviously to shop directly from the brand plus most of these brands offer free shipping so you’re scoring an extra 5% or more off versus the mere 15% at Sephora.

Although, you might still want to take advantage of the Sephora Labor Day Sale offerings as you can take 15% extra off any of those items! Those are some good deals. However, anything full price you might want to take a little more time deciding before you go with Sephora on a final sale as you might just score a better deal!

Good luck! I hope you’ll share your haul with me.

I mostly did a fragrance order this year and I’m loving everything I got! The Viktor & Rolf Magic Elixirs are divine! I’m quite happy I was able to snag them at 20% off! They aren’t as overpowering as Flowerbomb and some have a very classy, old Hollywood feel (or smell).

By the way, I was surprised to see the new Kilian fragrances in stores so, if you’re wanting to sniff those head into your local store you might find them!

Happy Shopping!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Hey Muse! 🙂
Have you ever seen Belif have any sales through their actual site? I’ve only ever purchased their products through Sephora, and I need to restock my aqua bomb moisturizer, but now I’m wondering if I should hold off and see if Belif will have any site sales…. Hmmm, decisions. I’d get 15% with Sephora since I’m VIB, plus I have Flash, but getting more off than that is always awesome!

I have not seen that Kimmyyy that might be one you can go ahead and get on Sephora. Of course, no reason to stock up right this very second! Sign up for their newsletter, see what goes down this weekend 🙂 but I haven’t personally seen them extend any discount on their site! 🙂

I know they had a 20% off sale on their bomb moisturizers just before school started, but i think they were only promoting it on Facebook at the time. It popped as a sponsored post since it appeared after i was searching on google for a new eye cream.

you’re educating me! I never saw a sale from them! Wish I did because I’d stock up!

Thanks to both of you! I’ll have to be sure to find them on Facebook and see if I notice anything this weekend. I’ve been waiting for the jumbo Aqua Bomb to come back in stock foreeeeever at Sephora, so maybe I can just snag it from them… We’ll see.

I was also thinking about this last night. I was looking at buying a couple of things from Farmacy, but they are currently having a sale that is way better than sephora.

Def def def wait if you can. There are going to be some crazy sales this weekend into Monday 🙂 15% is nothing compared to other sales! Plus you have until the 3rd to use Sephora’s discount if those sales disappoint!

After painstakingly curating my online bucket and trying to be smart about my purchases – I just placed my order and have an instore purchase for this evening. Everything I got online was out of stock at my local store – Hourglass mini setting powder and mini ambient light bronzer, a new Ciate Glow Blush (LOVE them), Jouer blush duo in the nude shade, and a bite liquid lipsitck.
In store I’m grabbing another of the original Laniege lip mask, a PTR primer that I got a sample of in a Play box that I absolutely LOVE, the DrunkElephant Sheer SPF moisturizer, and a backup Lancome mascara (my BTS has been replaced as a HG). I think I did pretty good!!
