I want to try out the new Benefit Brow Contour Pro 4-In-1 Defining & Highlighting Pencil ($34) because suddenly I’m into brow stuff because of Benefit. I’ve always been really adverse to brow powders, pencils, etc…because I have really full, bushy eyebrows. Does anyone remember that time I had my brows done at the Benefit counter and they used a brow pencil? It was horrifying!

Over the Holidays I ended up trying out Benefit Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel and I swear it totally changed my mind about tinted brown products. I love this stuff. It not only keeps my brows in place but it actually fills in my brows very naturally. I never realized before I started using it how I had a bit of patchiness where I over plucked. The is a my brows but better formula. It doesn’t come across harsh or too made up. It’s very, very natural and something I’ve started using daily since being introduced to it.

Anyway, it sort of made me want to try the new Benefit Brow Contour Pro 4-In-1 Defining & Highlighting Pencil! That and the fact they went and copied the Clarins Harmony 4-Colour All-in-One Pen which totally reminded me of those old BIC pens that had four colors of inks. I mean who didn’t love those pens growing up right?

Benefit offers this one up in four shade selections with two brow shades that are light and deeper to add depth and dimension as well as an edge definer and a highlighter.

Benefit Brow Contour Pro 4-In-1 Defining & Highlighting Pencil arrives on August 7th and I think I might just grab one to experiment!

Um, how do you use 4 shades just for brows?? I’m lucky to remember to do ONE!! 🙂 Still – I love that it looks just like the old BIC pens that had 4 colors in them… I always demanded those at the beginning of the school year – thought I was very chi-chi with them… 😀

Glad you like Gimme Brow; it’s been my go-to for natural brows for years.

I definitely want to try the new pencil.

I typically avoid brow stuff but Gimme Brow is pretty freaking brilliant!

OMG this is so exciting!! Not ever followed Benefit but just recently discovered ka-Brow and am now a convert. I’m looking closer any time they launch something brow related. Hasn’t it been a while? Or do they launch brow products every year?

They do brow releases very, very often! Probably twice a year! ;-D

i really only use pencils (nyx is a great dupe for Anastasia) but recently i found a pencil that i had never tried—-and now it is all i reach for—-the STUDIO 10 EYEBROW PENCIL—only one which works for everyone—-one side is a nice pink highlighter, the other the eyebrow pencil, which goes on smoothly. STUDIO 10 is a British makeup line—i found it on eBay
