Skincare to Haul During the Sephora Sale Tomorrow

The Sephora Beauty Insider Appreciation Sale 2018 starts tomorrow for Rouge Members and gets you 20% Off your purchase at Sephora.com using promo code YESROUGE. I can’t wait! I have a list a mile long and that list includes some skincare picks!

It’s always a great time to stock up on skincare staples during the sale in my opinion especially if you use a lot of mid-range or higher-end skincare as 20% off is a major deal. I know I’ll be stocking up on some of my favorites but I also came across a few items I want to try out as well.

Here’s a list of some items I’ll be purchasing and restocking up on!

If you’ve been wanting to check out Drunk Elephant for a while The Littles Set ($72 after discount) is the way to go as it pretty much includes almost all the brand has to offer. It’s also a good way to combine the items for the best effects.

You get:

  • 1 oz Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser
  • 0.27 oz C-Firma Day Serum
  • 0.27 oz B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum
  • 0.5 oz Umbra Sheer Physical Daily Defense Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30
  • 0.27 oz T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Night Serum
  • 0.27 oz Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil
  • 0.5 oz Lala Retro Whipped Cream
  • 0.17 oz Shaba Complex Eye Serum

I’m a pretty big Herbivore fan and I’m always looking to introduce and enable people to the brand! This little Hydrate + Glow Natural Skincare Mini Collection ($31 after discount) is the perfect way to venture into the brand!

You get:

  • 0.25 oz ink Cloud Rosewater Moisture Crème
  • 0.3 oz Phoenix Cell Regenerating Facial Oil
  • 2 oz Rose Hibiscus Coconut Water Hydrating Face Mist
  • 0.5 oz Brighten Pineapple Enzyme + Gemstone Instant Glow Mask

I feared the Saturday Skin No Bad Days Set ($31 after discount) a few days ago and with 20% off it’s an even better deal and a great way to try out Saturday Skin for yourself!

Includes:

  • 0.67 oz Rub-A-Dub Refining Peel Gel
  • 1.01 oz Daily Dew Hydrating Essence Mist
  • 0.51 Wide Awake Brightening Eye Cream
  • 1.01 oz Featherweight Daily Moisturizing Cream

Another great pick up is the Glow Recipe Watermelon Set ($36 after discount) that includes a 2.03 oz Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturizer and 1 oz Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask.

As you may know Korean brand Laneige finally arrived at Sephora (well after Target got it)! At this point I hope you tried it but if not this Hydrating Trial Kit ($20) will get you some great goodies to introduce yourself to the brand!

Includes:

  • 1 oz Moisturizing Foam Cleanser
  • 1.6 oz Essential Power Skin Toner for Normal to Dry Skin
  • 0.3 oz Water Bank Essence
  • 0.3 oz Water Bank Moisture Cream
  • 0.5 oz Water Sleeping Mask

I’m a huge fan of J.One Jelly Pack! I love prepping with it as it hydrates and also firms skin! There’s a new J.One Red Jelly Pack ($34 after discount) that I want to try out! This is a skin protecting formula that hydrates as well as primes for makeup with red alage and niacinamide.

A skin-protecting multitasker that hydrates and primes skin for makeup application with powerful, antioxidant-rich red algae.

Another item I have on my wish list but haven’t tried yet is the Herbivore Prism Exfoliating Glow Potion ($49 after discount) which is a lightweight serum that contains natural fruit acids that act to gently resurface the skin while evening out skin tone.

Clinique Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly Review swatches

I’ve already raved it plenty but now is a good time to grab Clinique Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly ($22) at a discount. This is a lightweight gel moisturizer that absorbs easily and leaves behind well hydrated skin. I really liked this one when I reviewed it early this Summer and I’ve been using it all through the hot, humid New York days!\

Another item I simply can’t rave enough is the Volition Beauty Helix AM/PM Eye Gel ($42 after discount) which I reviewed a few months ago and absolutely loved. I literally just ran out of this about two weeks ago and decided I’d wait to repurchase it since I’m currently testing another eye cream. But I won’t sit on stocking up on this one now as the price is really great after discount! By the way, I haven’t reviewed it yet but the Volition Beauty Turmeric Brightening Polish is AWESOME as well! This is a great facial scrub!

Drunk Elephant T

Speaking of exfoliating treatments I’ll be restocking up on Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial ($64 after discount) because I always cringe when I have to pay $80 for it. I used this once a week and absolutely love it. Slap it on, sit around for 20 minutes, rinse, and reveal smooth, glowing skin! Loves it!

Farmacy Honey Potion Warming Face Mask3

Farmacy Honey Potion Warming Mask

Another restock for me is Farmacy Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask ($45 after discount) which is a warming honey mask that leaves my skin super super and hydrated! If you haven’t already the Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm is another of my favorite items! Such a great cleansing balm with a soft texture that whisks away makeup easily!

Now is a good time to grab the new Philosophy Purity Made Simple Hydra-Bounce Eye Gel ($19 after discount). This is a bounce-y eye gel that hydrates and apparently smooths fine lines while depuffing!

And finally the item I’m most excited about! The new Belif Aqua Bomb Mist ($27 after discount for 2 x 2 oz bottles) which is a lightweight, hydrating mist. You can prep with it or use it on top of makeup to set. I’m a huge fan of Belif’s formulas so I’m hoping for a hydrating mist.

Do you have any interesting skincare picks on your shopping list? Any staples?

Do share them!

i have been eyeing the purity eye (no pun intended lol)

    has anyone tried it?

my HG is clinique all about eyes, but I am always on the lookout for something new!

  • Dee

I need to add both eye creams to my list, and the prices are hard to beat.

    • Isabella Muse

I love the VB one! Let me know if you like it! It’s totally HG!

  • kimkats

Added the Glow Watermelon duo to my list.. I really don’t have much on it right now… I must be broken!! But since I’m a mere VIB, I have some time to scope out the site and find more things I “need”…. 😀

Well, now I know what i’m doing tonight, making the s/c list and checking it twice…. belif MIST? The S site is also disorganized about the KB/AB. You’re better off looking by brand. Laneige lip sleeping restock. Eye sleeping, too. (Did you see skin sleeping POWDER by Anna Sui on Beautylish?). Thanks for the reminder on the volition. Got the m/u done instore. Scent done online. Now, the laborious ingredients check. I think my s/c list is all AB.

I have the Fresh Vitamin C Antioxidant Glow Face Mist on my list to buy. I like the brand and it says it can be used as a primer or setting spray. Plus I like to just randomly mist my face during the summer days (I hope I’m not the only one.) Although it’s $44 without the discount it is 8.4 oz, so I hope it’s worth the money!

    • Isabella Muse

i haven’t tried that yet! I did try their new-ish rose toner and love it ;-D 8.4 oz huge for a facial mist! and with discount that’s a pretty good deal!

I thought I wanted the Belif mist, but the second ingredient is alcohol denat. so that’s a no. Disappointing, as I love so many of their products!
