Urban Decay Go Naked Perfume Oil

Urban Decay Naked Cherry is available today ulta.com.

Urban Decay Naked Eyeshadow Palette is discontinued but Urban Decay Naked Cherry, Naked AF, and Naked Honey is apparently in the works to quickly replace that original and awesome palette we all know and love.

Zadidoll posted a trademark screenshot on her Twitter account a few days ago showing that Urban Decay might be creating some new palettes soon. I can’t confirm any of this info but it makes complete sense that they’d continue on with Naked everything. Especially right now when people are just feeling a little desperate since the original is on its way out. Also, Cherry sounds right on trend as currently purples and berries are really hot. I thought for sure we’d see some sort of Naked Smoky Purple Palette for Fall 2018 but I’ll take Naked Cherry any day of the week as there are too few red palettes on the market.

I’m not sure if Urban Decay plans to launch any of these items for Fall 2018 considering the trademark was issued in July so they must need time for production but maybe closer to the Holiday or even into Spring 2018. At this point I’m not even sure what they have in the works. It might not even be eyeshadow palettes at all but something entirely different.

Update: Urban Decay has confirmed their will be an entire Naked Cherry Collection that includes a Naked Cherry Eyeshadow Palette, lipsticks, eyeliners, and a Naked Flush Trio all cherry-inspired. They posted the below on Instagram early this morning. They have not mentioned the release date as of yet and nothing has been confirmed for Naked AF or Naked Honey but I imagine that’s on the way as well!

Either way I’m pretty excited.

What do you think Urban Decay has up their sleeve?

What would you love to see them create in the future?

Do share!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’m not one of those people crying in their beer like the discontinuation of N1 is a tragedy on par with genocide. It’s just a palette. It’s dupe-able if you never got it. Big whoop.

I would like to see UD go in a new direction (I’d also like them to tone down the sex references for names but that ain’t happening) with cool tones and smaller palettes. Lately I’m more drawn to 6-8 pan ones, not 12-14 ones.

I’m with you, Muse. A Naked Cherry palette would be just what we need. And a Naked Honey? Well that sounds divine as well. The Naked AF would most likely be very soft, neutral/natural shades, imo. But we shall see. Nevertheless, it is exciting that something is on the horizon…

It sounds really awesome! I sure hope it’s an eyeshadow palette!

I would love to see their Naked 24/7 double ended eye pencils become single pencils offered. I find myself reaching for the DarkHeart/DarkSide Pencil daily.

Definitely down for some naked cherry. A matching blush and lipgloss would be great too! And they should all smell like cherries!

I don’t think UD will join the TF bandwagon and do scented products. Plus I hope not since the smell of cherry anything other than actual food makes me think of cough syrup, cough drops, and cold medicine. Ick! My wallet is in trouble because I really like the look of the shades in this new palette.

I would literally die if they came out with a smokey purple palette. Omg that would be a dream come true for me. I’m so sick of all of these red toned palettes that keep coming out. Granted not every shade is red per se, but nearly all of them have a reddish base. I’m so over it.

    • Becky Rubens

Omg me too i hate the reds you’re seeing everywhere. Zero interest in them…

  • Randi Macdonald

I’m sooooo sick of the AF trend. It doesn’t need to be used after every adjective, if any.

I’m probably very much in the minority, but I’d love to see a palette with some cool-toned pinks, like the Bon Bons palette from Too Faced (criminally underrated for pale gals!). Everyone does “rose gold” pink palettes that are super warm, or cool-toned palettes that are all smoky grays. Maybe Naked Cherry will have some more cool red and pinks?

It was Elle S on YouTube who discovered this and did the research. She should be the one being credited.

    • Isabella Muse

Elle S posted her video yesterday, Zadidoll posted on the 26th. Did Elle post somewhere else prior? Because it appears that Zadidoll posted first which means she might be the original source of the info.

Naked Cherry sign me up!!!… maybe a Naked Ice?Frost? All blues and cool tones to be the sister of Naked Heat “♀️

  • genevieve

I would love to see UD do a greens vibe palette – olives, forest, mint with golds, chamgagne and taupe – cool toned.
I am a tad tired of all the bright pinks, reds, oranges et al.
    Time for something different.

Id like to see them get away from all this same ole nude stuff. I love UD but don’t own a single naked pallette and never will. Id like to see them release more pallettes that have more a balance of cool or brights, with duochromes and somemattes. Also i love the Moondust singles and pallette. Give us more of those at least another palette.
