About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I do love these lip creams but you were so right about how melty they are! One was in my warmer bathroom and when I went to use it I basically smeared it across my lips because I wasn’t expecting it to be so soft! Might need to keep these somewhere else.

likewise! I left my on my bathroom vanity overnight and it broke a bit when I applied! Def a super melty formula!

I love the colors and how moisturizing these are, but oh my, they are very melty! I’m a bit worried of how they’ll do in summer given that they are already quite melty during a Canadian winter (I keep one in my desk at work, and I’m wrapped in many layers of clothing because it is kind of chilly, and they are still melty!)

indeed! You might want to stick them in your fridge in the Summer 😀

These lip butters taste horrible. I don’t think I can continue wearing it. It leaves such a nasty aftertaste. (No, I’m not eating it. Just being normal).
