Dior Peach Delight Diorskin Nude Luminizer Lolli’Glow Powder ($48) is one of two new, limited edition highlighter shades that launched for Spring 2019. Most of you I’m not much of a highlighter fan but one of my biggest downfalls in the highlighter world is anything peach or coral in color. Needless to say, I was all about the Dior Peach Delight DiorSkin Nude Luminizer as soon as it launched and have been using it the last few weeks and quite enjoying it.

Let’s have a look!

I can’t remember the last time I indulged in some new Dior. Dior can be very hit or miss for me! It used to be a brand I would commonly migrate to but after being burned a few times I sort of skip over their seasonal releases no matter how pretty and tempting they are.

The limited edition Dior Peach Delight Diorskin Nude Luminizer Lolli’Glow Powder (0.21 oz) was one item that did capture my eye because I must own all the peachy things for Spring/Summer! This arrives in a mirroed compact that has a traditional velvet case to pop it into so it doesn’t get scratched. Dior launched the highlighter in two different shades one of which is a pink shade that I’m sorting of playing with the idea of also purchasing as it’s as lovely as the Peach Delight shade.

The surface of the highlighter has is very smooth with “nude” imprinted on it. The embossment doesn’t really fade given many uses as the firm surface of the highlighter isn’t one to produce kick up when a brush is swiped into it. This is a highlighter formula that’s simply made for me as it a more sparkly, glitter version of the original Diorskin Nude Luminizer. It reminds me a little tiny bit of Maybelline’s Molten Peach Master Chrome Metallic Highlighter (which might be a good replacement if you’re not up for dishing out $48 bucks on Dior’s version).

The smooth finish of the highlighter really makes it easy to pick up just the right amount of color without going overboard. It has a baked-like texture that works best with a denser brush. I typically use fiber brushes for highlighter to keep me from being too heavy-handed with highlighter but in this case a densely bristled brush is best for pick up and blending color on cheeks and face. You can get a fair amount of peachy color from the highlighter on a fairer skin tone should you like to use this as a sheerer blush. It has fairly nice pigmentation for a highlighter but also, works lovely on top of peach or coral blushes to give a pretty pop of sparkly luminosity. It wears quite well for me and doesn’t fade for several hours after application and retains the pretty sparkle as well.

It’s an easy win for me. The color, the formula, it all works together to create a very pretty Spring glow on my cheeks and face. This one isn’t for those that dislike sparkle in their highlighters but anyone that does will love it!

I have both of these and love them! On my skin, the peach is too pigmented as a highlighter, but it’s a great blush topper that adds so much dimension. Come to think of it, I use the pink the same way…I was surprised I bought them because I never buy Dior except for a few lip products here and there. But these highlighters were just too pretty to pass up.

I’ve been a little more selective with my dior purchases in recent years but this one called to me. It works great as a blush topper! It really accents peaches and corals ;-D I think I might need the pink too! hehe!

Just get it, Isabella! You know you can’t resist. You like sparkle/shimmer, so this probably won’t bother you, but I find the pink just a tad more sparkly than the peach. But that’s what make it so pretty, in my opinion.
