Benefit Boi-ing Cakeless Concealer Launches and It’s $13

Benefit Boi-ing Cakeless Concealer launched today and guess what? They launched a mini version for $13! Oh Benefit I love you! Recently, when Benefit launched the new Hello Happy Flawless Brightening Foundation they had a generously sized mini available for $15 which I purchased and loved. This new mini makeup madness is divine! It’s so great being able to try a smaller size before committing to a larger one! Keep it up, Benefit! Keep it up!

Today, Benefit Boi-ing Cakeless Concealer launched (hmmm so that’s why the original Boi-ing has been on sale lately) and it’s a new cream version available in a barrel with a sponge applicator! This formula promises full-coverage that hides dark circles and other imperfections with a formula that won’t crease or cake under eyes!

I used to be a major Boi-ing user over ten years ago but as I got older it seemed to crease into my finer eyes. I’m quite excited to see how this new version compares! The full-size is available in 12 shades but the mini version is limited to four shades but hey, just to try I don’t mind!

I’ll let you know shortly what I think of the formula!

P.S. How cute is the pencil packaging!? The packaging looks like a chubby little pencil!

Muse, what is your favorite under eye concealer? I’m meh about all mine. I’m 40 so I too am aging under the eye area now.

I received prior to launch in a Vox Box, but was sworn to secrecy until today. I really like the formula. I have not noticed any creasing. I have only been wearing it with just primer. I haven’t tried it over foundation yet. It’s very long wearing. And the packaging is adorable! I really love this concealer (and I’m not just saying that because it was a freebie).

I got mine in a Vox box too and I was pleasantly surprised! I’m 42 and have very dry eyes with tiny fine lines so i am picky with my concealers. This stuff is so opaque but thin. Best part was it did not settle into any lines even without setting it. My only con was that it dries down fast, like you can’t put it under both eyes at the same time and work on one first because by the time you get to the other eye it has already dried but that’s just my personal issue. 🙂

Since your recently reviewed the Revolution concealer that was to be hydrating how does this one compare and do you have a preference between the two? Price points are similar too.

I dunno I haven’t gotten Benefit Boi-ing yet. It launched yesterday and I ordered it yesterday so can’t compare them yet 🙂 price points aren’t exactly the same because the mini is $13 at 0.1 oz for Benefit where as Revolution is $10 for 0.45 oz.

Hmm I interesting! I use the Boi-ing concealer stick, the one with the lightest coverage. I was wondering if it was being discontinued when I saw it on sale. I bought the last two in my store and there weren’t many in any of the shades. 12 shades seems like a huge improvement! I think they only had 4 or 5.

too true on the shade range! Benefit isn’t known for a wide shade range, nice to see more options!

Boi-ing has been my go-to for concealing everything but undereye and it lasts me through every type of weather and situation. I hope this is not going away completely. I know a lot of people depend on this as their “industrial concealer” and it’s such a staple item.

I got this yesterday. I never liked the original because I felt it was really hard to spread and blend. I thought the new one might be different, I was wrong. Man this stuff is thick and so very hard to apply and blend. It took me forever to blend it, but once I did it looked AMAZING. Seriously, flawless. sigh. lol
