25 Eyeshadow Palettes You Might Just Need to Haul at the Sephora Sale

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

I complain a lot of eyeshadow palettes and the fact they are released like every other day but I have to admit they are still my favorite makeup item to pick up. There’s just something terribly appealing about an eyeshadow palette with 12 or more shades. Sometimes more or less lately with me. I can be perfectly happy using a single eyeshadow in a look! Minimal just seems to be the order of business sometimes. But I never ever get tired of hauling a new eyeshadow palette. There’s something so magical about having all those colors in one spot. I think it’s because it reminds me of those big boxes of crayola crayons as a kid. You know the 64 pack, with the crummy sharpener on the back that never worked! Man, I was gaga over that box of crayons. At Christmas I’d get the bigger tins that included 100 shades or more. I really, truly believe that crayons totally what made me love eyeshadow palettes.

If you’re bracing up to purchase some eyeshadow palettes during the Sephora 20% Holiday Bonus Event that starts now maybe these 25 Eyeshadow Palettes might make your list. Some I own and love and others I really want!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Eye Shadow Palette $33 After Discount
Everyone owns this by now right? If you don’t please redeem that as soon as possible. This is probably one of my favorite ABS palettes with it’s beautiful selection of vibrant berry and orange shades. As far as I’m concerned we are still firmly in the Fall season even if Holiday stuff is being shoved down our throats. That means this palette is a perfect one for the season!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette

Aether Beauty Amethyst Crystal Gemstone Eyeshadow Palette $46 After Discount
Aether has a new purple palette available! This one contains 12 gorgeous shimmer, matte, metallic, and duo-chrome purples that your inner Morticia Addams will love!

Givenchy Red Edition Eyeshadow Palette $72 After Discount
This is on my list because it’s been a while since I hauled a Givenchy Eyeshadow Palette and why not start back up with this gorgeous palette. It’s such a unique smoky palette shimmering purples, roses, and blacks. I’m feeling the love for this one!

Urban Decay On The Run Mini Eyeshadow Palette $20 After Discount
Hey! On the Run fans! There are two new On the Run Mini Eyeshadow Palettes available! One is called Highway Queen and it’s loaded with gorgeous coppers, oranges, and golds and the other G-Train is a gorgeous green variation!

Huda Neon Obsessions Palette $23 After Discount
Ok, so, yeah, I still have beef that the shades in the Neon Obsessions Palettes aren’t eye safe but man, I still love the Neon Orange one and I do recommend for anyone that likes oranges and doesn’t have sensitive eyes.

Natasha Denona Biba All Neutral Eyeshadow Palette $103 After Discount
Hello I’m old and boring! Ha 🙂 In my older age, I’ve been a little bit boring with my eyeshadow looks because I feel like less is more! That’s probably why my favorite palette from Natasha Denona is the Biba All Neutral. I purchased this last year and I have since hit pan on a few shades! Unheard of for me! But this palette contains some really great tans and neutrals that are really, really flattering on my brown eyes. If you need some strong, solid performing nudes this is your palette.

Violet Voss Oh Snap Gingerbread Fun Sized Mini Eyeshadow Palette $14 After Discount
I’m still waffling on this little guy! I have the Too Faced version but I’m really still wanting this one too and hey, after the discount I can take advantage right!??!

Violet Voss Coral Crush Eyeshadow and Pressed Pigment Palette $34 After Discount
I have this gorgeous girl at home already that I hauled a few months ago and it’s such a stunning palette! Sensitive users beware as not all shades are eye safe but if you’re a coral lover you need this palette! P.S. Some shades work great as blush!

Melt Cosmetics Twenty-Seven Eyeshadow Palette $46 After Discount
I recommend this one a lot only because it’s such a stunning palette! I think if you have UD Heat you might feel like you don’t need it but believe me the quality is amazing with these shades and the colors are so vibrant and fiery!

Melt Cosmetics Smoke Sessions Eyeshadow Palette $38 After Discount
Another palette I’m always raving and recommending especially for big brown eyes! The greens are so rich and gorgeous and make brown eyes pop! This one is a keeper!

Natasha Denona Mini Gold Eyeshadow Palette $20 After Discount
Another great green eyeshadow palette with pops of brassy gold! I loved this one! It released for the Holidays and the shades don’t scream Christmas but they do make my brown eyes pop!

Natasha Denona Sunset Eyeshadow Palette $103 After Discount
I know, I know! These palettes all seem Summer-y! But not really! I hauled out my Sunset Eyeshadow Palette for Fall! The shades are buttery, creamy, and oh so gorgeous for Fall looks. This one is more than worth a pick up if you don’t already own it.

Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Eyeshadow Palette $42 After Discount
For those that want a minimal look that’s elegant and pretty there’s the Pillow Talk Luxury Eyeshadow Palette. Soft, subtle roses and pinks with a hint of sparkle allow this palette to give eyes an elegant look!

Pat Mcgrath Mothership VI Eyeshadow Palette in Midnight Sun $100 After Discount
I actually didn’t want this palette because I’m not a big purple person and this felt like it leaned heavily on being purple but when Pat Mcgrath had it on sale for 10% off I purchased hit and was pleasantly surprised how much I like the pretty taupes, browns, and crimson in this palette. It’s actually not as purple as I though and has some very elegant, wearable shades!

Too Faced Hot Buttered Rum Palette $20 After Discount
I loved this little palette! It isn’t as orange as it appears in photos which was disappointing but the shade range is gorgeous none the less! I’ve made a lot of use out of it this Fall and I’ve played with the idea of hauling a backup which I never do!

Natasha Denona Metropolis Eyeshadow Palette $103 After Discount
Here’s another gorgeous Natasha palette well worth a pick up! These shades are stunning and the formula is beautiful! If you’re tired of the endless launch of poor quality eyeshadow palettes do indulge in one that actually has a great formula.

Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look in a Face & Eye Palette $60 After Discount
Definitely one of my favorite palettes this season! This palette will make you fall in love with plum! The shades here are so flattering and create a really pretty on eyes and just the right glow on cheeks. Definitely a must have!

Too Faced Gingerbread Extra Spicy Eyeshadow Palette $39 After Discount
You likely own this guy already but if not I do recommend it. The shadows are as velvety as I had hoped but the shades are outstanding and the performance overall, with application and blending proved very good! If you love cranberries, coppers, burnt oranges, and just a palette full of fallen leaf shades this is a must!

Urban Decay Naked Honey Palette $39 After Discount
I wasn’t all that big a fan of Naked Cherry but Naked Honey made up for it! This gorgeous golden palette has some beautiful brassy golds and browns to create a warm, inviting, cozy look for the Holidays!

Charlotte Tilbury Starry Eyes to Hypnotize Eyeshadow Palette $60 After Discount
When I spent $75 on this palette I did cringe slightly but I love it so much I’m trying not to mind but at $60? It does feel a like lighter with that price! If you’re looking for an understated sparkly Holiday palette this is one to grab!

Violet Voss Sparkling Cherry Limeade Palette $14 After Discount
I can’t really wear these shades anymore but for some reason I’m really liking this palette. It’s been in my cart for the past week and I’m close to hitting submit! I feel like I’d never use these all over my lid but I’d love using them as accent shades!

Huda Beauty Nude Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette $23 After Discount
JUST SAY YES! Get these! I got two of the three shades when they launched and love them! Huda’s eyeshadows are pretty firm but they apply and blend very well for me. The shades are outstanding as well.

Pat Mcgrath Blitz Astral Quad Eyeshadow Palette $60 After Discount
Say yes to these too! These are outrageously gorgeous. I haven’t actually dug into mine yet but the shades are beautiful sparkly joy! If you’re a Pat fan they are a must!

Muse, have you ever tried any of the Tom Ford eyeshadow quads? Thinking about indulging on “Nude Dip” with my Rouge discount on Friday.

    • Isabella Muse

get it. Nude Tip is a great taupe palette! Especially with the discount! I have it and I have aging, drier eyes and this is a good pick if you look bad in a traditional black smoky eye! These shades are ideal for creating a smoky look without looking like you got punched in the eye ;-D $79 is too high to be honest for that quad but with the discount it makes it way better ;-D

Thanks, Muse! Glad to know you have it. Does it fallout a lot when you apply?

        • Isabella Muse

The second shade is a little frosty for me, some fall out there, but the others no! They have a really smooth surface, not too powdery imho! 😀

All the eyeshadow palettes you’ve mentioned are high end prices. I love the palettes from Makeup Revolution London, I love a smoky eye to go out, I bought the Blackout Reloaded palette for $8 dollars and the colors are well saturated for the price.

    • Isabella Muse

They are indeed! Sephora’s Holiday Event is coming up so I’m featuring ones that will be discounted during that sale.

These are great choices Muse. And I love the comparison of eyeshadow palettes to crayon/pencil boxes of childhood. When I was younger, Derwent 72 box of pencils were all the rage and were eagerly sought after and admired. The Crayola crayons were a big favourite too. I think you have offered quite an insight there as to why we love eyeshadow palettes so much because they are channelling our inner child….
At the moment there really isn’t an eye palette that I am coverting. I do like ND’s Gold palette and one of PMG’s, but they are just so out of my price range here in Aus.
