Ohhhh I See What You Did There Florence by Mills
Florence by Mills Oh Whale! Lip Balm arrives today and count me curious about this one. I actually like a lot of the Florence by Mills lip products! I know, I know! I’m not exactly in the demographic for the brand but what can I say? They make good products! The Glow Yeah Lip Oil is quite nice with a shiny finish although I do wish it was a smidge cheaper and the Get Glossed Lipgloss is prob one of my fav glosses at the moment! That one is creamy, hydrating, excellent color pay off!
So, sure, why not I can be convinced to try the lip balm! This formula contains argan and avocado with shea butter to hydrate and smooth lips! It looks tinted but I think it might apply transparent! Too bad! I do so enjoy a good tinted lip balm!
But wait, what’s that on the bottom? Ok, in a shocking twist Florence by Mills is getting all cutesy with packaging! For a second, I had to squint really hard to see what was going on at the bottom of the lip balm! It’s a cute little whale! Twist it to raise the lip balm up. It’s so random and weird because the brand isn’t exactly known for their whimsical packaging. They went really simplistic with the purple with white font suddenly having a whale on the packaging is an easter egg I didn’t know I needed.
