I’m pretty excited about the latest Replica fragrance! As you know Replica perfumes were designed to evoke a certain memory. Scent is a powerful sense that really does bring you back to a certain time and place. I’ve reviewed quite a few of Replica’s perfumes like Coffee Break which smells nothing like coffee, Under the Lemon Trees, and of course, Lipstick On. If I had to play favorites Jazz Club, By the Fireside, and At the Barber Shop are my favorites.
I’m convinced By the Fireside is the closet thing we’ll ever get to a Bath and Body Works Fireside Marshmallow perfume!
So, will Replica Bubble Bath smell like Mr Bubbles? I dunno about you but Mr Bubbles brings back plenty of childhood memories! I dunno if I really smell like Mr Bubbles though! Have no fear though this has some really beautiful notes that aren’t Mr Bubbles related.
This has notes of soap bubble accord, rose, white musk and coconut milk accord. According to the description it has a super rose essence combined with jasmine and lavender with a base of white musk. It sounds like a delicate and clean smelling floral. Needless to say I’m eager to try it and see what I think!
What’s very interesting about the Replica Bubble Bath Perfume is the fact it is releasing in the standard 3.4 oz bottle for $135 but also, they are launching the travel spray for $30 at the same time. I’ve always found that Replica releases the travel spray at a later date which can be annoying if you want to try out the scent without dishing out the big bucks. This year though they are gifting us with both the big bottle and the travel spray at the same time.
