Covergirl Summer 2021 arrives today with new Clean Fresh Creamy Eye Shadow Stick, Easy Breezy Brow All Day Brow Ink, Lash Blast Clean Waterproof Mascara and a new Trunaked Desert Heat Eyeshadow Palette.

Yeah, so, I took one look at this collection and was like, “Weeee! A new Truenaked Eyeshadow Palette shade!” Not everyone loves the Trunaked Eyeshadow texture and formula but I adore it. It’s a slurry-like consistency that reminds me of Japanese Eyeshadows. It’s very soft, creamy, and it applies like a dream! I think it’s one of Covergirl’s best eyeshadow offerings. The new Desert Heat shade is a song to Summer with a mix of warm, coppery shades. I can probably dupe every single one with my Naked Heat Eyeshadow Palette but I still sort of want this. Please don’t judge me?

Covergirl Clean Fresh Creamy Eye Shadow Stick $10.99
As a fond fan of cream shadow sticks I’m always up for adding more to my collection! I approve of new shadow sticks from Covergirl but I don’t approve of these shades. Sad sigh! These are look more Spring than Summer. The pretty pastels are a little difficult to pull off for a lot of people! But hey if you love softer shades these are for you! The vegan and cruelty-free formula has a soft, creamy texture that glides on and blends easily. The twist up pencil design allows the shades to be easily used as a liner or an eyeshadow!

Covergirl Easy Breezy Brow All Day Brow Ink $11.99
Want to look like you have microbladed brows? This new super-fine brow pencil will give you natural looking brows that look microbladed with a formula that doesn’t smudge, transfer, or fade.

Covergirl Lash Blast Clean Waterproof Mascara $10.99
A new waterproof, vegan, and cruelty-free mascara that thickens and defines lashes with an infusion of hydrating argan and marula oils!

Covergirl Summer 2021 is available now at Ulta.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Yeah, those eye shadow stick colors are my jam! (So you can see why all the warm palettes have *not* been my jam). I never really grew out of the 90s light eye. It works for me!

Me, too. Always thought it was deep set eyes. If you don’t have any, check out Nyx Faux Whites eye pencils. Getting out my pink/green leafy theme train case loaded with pastels right now. CP fresh cut collection pencils, too. For pastel goth, look for Creepy Cute palette. IDR what Strobe Cosmetics rechristened itself. No recs on other palettes, as they all were LE.
