KVD Beauty Planet Fanatic Fully Recyclable Eyeshadow Palette Is Here and Will Probably Go On Sale In A Sec

KVD Beauty Planet Fanatic Fully Recyclable Wet/Dry Eyeshadow Palette is a new 14-pan eyeshadow palette featuring matte and metallic shades inspired by the Earth’s greatest terrains. The palette comes housed is a fully recyclable compact (no need to disassemble to recycle) that has a clear top with a star design. KVD Beauty really revamped packaging as it’s no where near the level of some of Kat’s old tattoo decorated palettes from days of old. This is fairly basic and plain. Remember the intricate design of palettes like the Kat Von D Anniversary Palette and the Spellbinding Eyeshadow Book or even the gorgeous Kat Von D Deluxe Uber Gift Set with the gorgeous train case.

It’s understandable that the packaging is a little different no since Kat is no longer involved with the brand!

This is a pretty round up of browns and nudes with a few cooler mauves and pinks thrown in. It’s not really something I need and I feel like by the time August rolls around the $45 price tag will be slashed 50% just the way the Edge of Reality Fully Recyclable Eyeshadow Palette for Holiday 2020 was!

  • Fault Line (sand dune yellow matte)
  • Dune Shift (golden bronze shimmer)
  • Tectonic (soft amber-beige matte)

Honestly that packaging looks really cheap. Like Wet n’ Wild level. Nothing at all against Wet n’ Wild, they were my introduction to the world of beauty back in middle school but also they weren’t charging $45. I hate to say that packaging matters because we aren’t putting the packaging on our faces… but packaging matters! It’s part of the experience, especially at that price point.

Nothing against WnW either but yes, that’s what it looks like! Or the Sugar Rush palettes from Tarte. At $45 you’d def expect better!

The problem these days is that there are SO many companies and SO many releases, that there is virtually nothing new under the sun that can be released!!! What ever it is, is probably already out there. Which is kinda sad, but – at least it means new releases go on sale pretty quick, so if a body just waits a tetch, you can get it for cheap(er)!

I’ve never tried anything from this brand. I’ve always wanted to try the legendary tattoo ink liquid eyeliner but never have! This palette is gorgeous, I would totally buy it! There are lots of good shade for blue eyes in this palette!

I was pleasantly surprised by their other palette release, which I got on sale. It is beautiful quality!! I will definitely pick this one up too. I think KVD has some really nice products now, I also love their eyelid Shake primer!
