Tiktok Sold Me On MAC MACStack Mascara Let’s Do This Thing
Ok, Tiktok, you did it again, you sold me on this new MAC MACStack Mascara. As you know, last year KVD Good Apple Skin-Perfecting Hydrating Foundation Balm went viral on Tiktok and sold out quite quickly. At the time, I was a naysayer. I’m not one for balm foundations! I have plenty of experience with them and I know they are incredibly heavy, drying, and accent every single flaw on your face especially if you have drier skin. But none the less, everyone was raving it as the new must have foundation of the season.
I dodged a bullet.
I didn’t give into the hype and later on the really bad reviews starting pouring in and I may have been a really awful person and sat back and thought, “I told you so”! Please don’t judge me for that moment.
Now, Tiktok is back at it, and they are currently selling me on MAC Macstack Mascara.
Did I buy it?
I’m such a stupid ass. I brought it. I should know that buying MAC mascara anything is such a bad idea. MAC isn’t exactly known for great mascara formulas and I’m personally had zero success with them but Tiktok strikes again and here I am eagerly awaiting a mascara that’s been over-hyped to death which will I’m almost positive I’ll hate.
What’s so different and exciting about MACStack Mascara? It’s a contiounously building mascara that allows you to apply layer after layer after layer of the formula without causing it to clump up. Apparently the more layers you do the better the volume and length. It defies clumps and is clump-resistant no matter how many layers you do. Will it work? That’s to be determined as I stalk the UPS man and await my order.
