Hi I’m Here for the Jones Road Tinted Face Powder

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Jones Road Tinted Face Powder ($28) just launched and it’s giving MAC old Loose Powder and I’m here for that. Who remembers when MAC had Loose Face Powders like these? And yes, Bobbi did too (and hey Jones Road being her company makes sense for a re-launch yes?). This is one more item I’ll need to add to my Jones Road list of tries. This is a new color correcting powder available in eight shade selections. This formula has a finely milled texture with a lightweight finish. Added plus, no talc! It’s made with a corn starch base!

Shades:

  • UNTINTED: is for fair skin tones
  • PINK: is for light to medium skin tones
  • ROSE: is for medium to tan skin tones
  • YELLOW: is for light to medium skin tones
  • LIGHT: is for light to medium skin tones
  • MEDIUM: is for medium to tan skin tones
  • DARK: is for dark skin tones
  • DEEP: is for deep skin tones

I don’t really use powder all that much on my face! I’m more a set my undereye concealer kind of girl when it comes to powder but don’t use it on my face. I already have an HG setting powder for that need but I’ll happily try out anything Bobbi Brown does! This might be a nice one to try in conjunction with her What the Foundation!

Jones Road Tinted Face Powder is available now!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I am TOTALLY a powder girl so I definitely want to try this- I only wish there was a lavender option because that works well for me and my old favorite by Besame looks like it’s history 🙁

I used to love the banana shades from besame! Are they not making them anymore 🙁

I emailed them, and they told me that the loose powders are gone, only the pressed ones are available now. I haven’t tried those yet, hopefully they look the same on 🙁
