Bath & Body Works Fruity Sherbet Scoop Review

5 stars out of 5

Bath and Body Works Fruity Sherbet Scoop is a new, limited edition Semi-Annual Sale exclusive fragrance available in Fine Fragrance Mist, Shower Gel, Body Lotion, and Body Cream. Fruity Sherbet Scoop was an insta-buy for me as I love fruity sweet scents and this totally delivers on those! Sadly, the other scent they released, Whipped Coconut Milk Shake, wasn’t all that great for me but this one I loved.

Let’s have a look!

I absolutely love Bath and Body Works for doing fun, exclusive scents for the Semi-Annual Sale but they can be a fail sometimes. I was pretty disappointed with Whipped Coconut Milkshake but Fruity Sherbet Scoop made up for it! This is sweet, fun, fruity scent which is perhaps a little juvenile but I adore it and think it’s a lovely little treat for Summer wear.

This one contains notes of rainbow sherbet, zesty orange and sun-kissed strawberry. I dunno if I can tell you that any one note stands out here when I smell it. It has a certain sweet tanginess which I think is from the orange. It’s sweet, almost tart, with a bit of a tang when you first spray it. As it settles onto skin I feel like there’s a faint creaminess in the background engulfed by a pretty strawberry note.

It successfully gives off the vibe of eating a rainbow ice or rainbow sherbet! Sweet, tangy, slightly tart, and fruity! It’s a very Summer scent. Best part would be the fact it is pretty strong and long-wearing when paired up with the body cream I can get a few hours of wear of this one without it disappearing super quick.

At $8 bucks I’d say Bath and Body Works Fruity Sherbet Scoop is worth a pick up! Have you tried it? Do share!

i’ve finally been able to try out the coconut milkshake. definitely light on the coconut and more on the amber. it is just okay for me. the nice thing is i don’t really consider it a summer fragrance and could wear it year round.

wow you’re my hero! I didn’t even smell the amber! It’ll be a nice layering tool!

I have pretty chronically dry skin and whenever I used the B&BW body lotion I found my skin still thirsty (though admittedly this was years ago) – would you say the body cream is fairly moisturizing? This scent sounds so yummy and I’d love to layer the cream with the mist 🙂

the lotion is def lighter! You need the body cream! Way thicker and way more moisturizing!

I blind bought the shower gel and love it too! Going to take it down to the beach with me this summer, it’ll be perfect there. I also picked up the iced lemon poundcake on sale and it’s yummy as well. I’m always a sucker for citrus. 🙂

I really liked this Fruity Sherbert Scoop but I wish it wasn’t quite so close to the Easter body cream and spray that we’ve been getting for the past few years.
