I’m Changing this About Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Shampoo and Conditioner

You have that one beauty product that you really, really love but it has one issue with it that you really, really hate. And given the chance you’d totally change that problem! It could packaging, maybe the applicator isn’t great but the formula is, or maybe it’s a bit too expensive and you wish you could change the price.
If you could choose one product from your loves and staple list and change one thing (or maybe two things or even three) what would it be?
Here’s what I’d change about Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Joia Shampoo and Conditioner.
It’s no great secret I’m a big lover of Cheirosa ’62! That sweet tropical cake scent makes me swoon! When they released a scented shampoo and conditioner I was over the moon (and hey, if you haven’t already you REALLY need to try Brazilian Joia Milky Leave-In Conditioner)! Seriously, who doesn’t want their hair smelling like tropical deliciousness?
So, yeah, since launch I’ve purchased and repurchased both the shampoo and conditioner. I think it’s a nice light formula that makes my hair smell amazing. However, if I was given the chance I’d want to change the packaging. These bottles suck. First off, I find it difficult to squeeze the product out and even harder when I get down to the last amount. I feel like I’m tossing out the bottle when it still has shampoo or conditioner inside because I can’t squeeze it out. They changed the shower gel packaging and it has this same bottle. It’s an annoying bottle! I hate it.
And worst, is the fact it clogs up so easily. There’s a small slit on the top to squeeze the product out and it becomes clogged with hardened lumps of shampoo or conditioner. I’ll use this for a week straight and swap it out for something else. When I come back to use it again I need to get a tweezer and pick out a lump of congealed hardened shampoo or conditioner to get it flowing again. It’s freaking annoying.
Please, if you’re listening, Sol de Janeiro, I love this haircare but do something about the bottles.
