So, You Don’t Want to Drop Money On Youth to the People Cactus Serum

Ok, I hear you! The Youth to the People Triple Peptide + Cactus Oasis Serum isn’t doing it for you at $50+ bucks. I got you. Here’s the next best thing and it’s under $8 bucks.
I am an avid user of Hyaluronic Acid in all shapes and sizes (I also love me some glycerin in it’s purest form but that’s a post for another day). I love it in my serums, my moisturizers, my eye creams, or all by itself. It’s my top pick for keeping my skin smooth, flake-free, and well hydrated. There are some formulas I like more than others as you may have already figured out.
I’ll be honest. I’ve dropped some money on products like SkinCeuticals H A Intensifier and I’ve dropped even less money on products like The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. Neither stuck around. I’m really particular about HA formulas and which I allow into my skincare stash.

One of the cheaper ones that I’ve been using since it’s introduction back in 2019 is the Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Serum. It’s normally $10 bucks but right now it’s $7.49. I mean, you can’t beat that price. But the reason I love it is the formula. This is definitely one of my favorites in regards to textures. It has a thicker gel-like consistency that just hugs your face and forms a cocoon of moisture around it. Dare I say I’ve been known to apply Youth to the People Triple Peptide + Cactus Oasis Serum and while that’s still wet on my face I’ll double down and apply a some Inkey List HA too. Because who doesn’t want as much moisture as they can get?
A great application technique with this one is to mist your face or ensure it’s damp and apply this directly onto damp skin. Wait a few moments and mist again and follow up with your moisturizer. Smoothest, softest skin of your life. You’re welcome.
It’s fragrance-free, super affordable, and it’s loaded up with a ton of delicious Hyaluronic Acid to not only draw moisture to your skin and keep it there but also, to keep it looking youthful and beautiful!
Do you use HA in your daily routine?
