I Can Be Convinced To Try Tarte Maracuja Juicy Concealer
Tarte Maracuja Juicy Concealer is a new Tarte Spring 2024 launching coming soon to our faces and under eyes. This new vegan and cruelty-free formula is a full coverage concealer in a pot with a natural, radiant finish that gives eyes a brighter and smoother look. Although in a pot it still provides the full coverage of a cream with a built-in eye cream that hydrates those drier eyes and flexible pigments that cover dark circles easily and provide a smoother under eye area. It contains maracuja for moisture as well as hyaluronic acid! It’s available in 21 shades for $30 each.
Ok, Tarte I see you. And I’ll bite on this one. I have a new found love for Benefit’s Boi-ing Brightening Concealer that’s sadly discontinued. I dunno how that happened but I yanked it out of my drawer recently and was going to toss it but it was still quite creamy and I started using it. Not my most most charming of makeup moments but glad I did because it turned into me actually loving it. Maybe Tarte’s new Maracuja Juicy Concealer can step into Benefit’s shoes. I’m a hardcore Tarte Shape Tape Concealer lover and I’m ALWAYS intrigued when they launch a new concealer. I’m just waiting for Tarte to top themselves because for me Shape Tape has always been their brightest star in their concealer releases. This new formula sounds good though! I’m all about full coverage under these tired eyes so I’ll be first in line to order this when it drops. I just hope it isn’t too radiant!
They also launched a new Maracuja Juicy Concealer Brush ($24) which allows flawless coverage under eyes when using this. From the videos I’ve seen on their website it looks like this is going to be emollient formula much like Bobbi Brown Undereye Corrector’s formula. I could be wrong but seems like the textures will be similar! That being said this also seems like a bit of a nod to E.L.F. Putty Color-Correcting Eye Brightener and NARS Light Reflecting Undereye Brightener but with many more shades to choose from and perhaps more pigment!
