Look Out Becca NARS Light Reflecting Undereye Brightener Is Coming for You
NARS Light Reflecting Undereye Brightener ($34) is a new illuminating concealer slash highlighter that targets dark circles and adds lasting brightness to the under eye area. The Light Reflecting Undereye Brightener is a cream formula with medium coverage that contains chromatic pearls that brighten the under eye area and act to reduce the look of finer looks. The formula also contains Bidens Pilosa Extract which has anti-aging benefits that include improving skin elasticity and strengthening skin barrier and finally Hyaluronic Filling Spheres that seal in moisture and plump up the under eye area.
When Becca went under two products that became available for sale again at Smashbox Cosmetics were their popular highlighters and their Under Eye Brightening Corrector. As soon as I saw this new formula from NARS I instantly though BECCA! Oddly, I never did understand the hype around the Becca formula. It never did work out for me even when I grabbed the Medium shade!
NARS does have a leg up on Becca as they will launch with five shades of Light Reflecting Undereye Brightener. Becca launched with two and added two more much later on! Shades include:

- Golden Eye (light to medium)
- Impossible Dream (medium)
- Magic Hour (medium-deep)
- Sunfire (medium deep to deep)
I’m curious about this but not curious enough to try it as I didn’t have terribly great success with Becca’s version nor did I love the new Tarte Shape Tape Radiant Concealer. Glowy or radiant anything under my eyes isn’t a good look! But I’m sure NARS Light Reflecting Undereye Brightener has its audience.
