Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with Vitamin C has finally made it’s way across the pond to the US. This is the latest formula in Garnier’s popular micellar cleansing water collection! As with all the formulas it gently removes dirt, makeup, and oil but this formula also brightens skin!

One of the 4th ingredients on the list is Ascorbyl Glucoside which is a form of Vitamin C that typically brightens and lightens discolorations. Since micellar water isn’t washed off the skin there is a chance this could actually working as it isn’t only removing makeup but treating your skin as well! I’m not sure how I feel about using this around my eyes though….! That’s one thing that concerns me but I do love the idea of being able to cleanse with this and treat my skin too.

Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Eco Pads also arrive with this launch! I’m very excited about these! SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Eco Pads are available in a three pack for $8.99. These are large, soft microfiber pads that can be used in conjunction with your micellar water or any skincare product. Each pad can be used 1,000 times! You use use it, wash it with soap and water or toss it in your laundry. Pretty cool right? It reduces cotton waste. I know some people might be groaning about more laundry but you can easily wash them with hand wash as well and let them air dry overnight and for a deeper clean just toss ’em into a load of laundry when you’re doing one. I dunno about you but around my house I always have at least one load of laundry daily. I’m a neat freak so doing a load of laundry is very therapeutic! I can’t say I mind tossing my cotton pads in with the rest of the dirty laundry!

Good Morning!

Happy Monday!

Did you have a great weekend? Mine was amazing! Fall is in the air and we had such a great time this weekend enjoying it (outside of the sneezing from ragweed that is!). I know things are still chaotic with the world but sometimes you just have to find the joy in life regardless and make the best of the situation! That’s exactly what we did this weekend. We just enjoyed all this gorgeous weather and the time we have together lately.
