Papaya Pop, Like My Melons?, and Berries & Bubbly are three new shades of the Too Faced Fruit Cocktail Blush Duo that are launching shortly at toofaced.com and ulta.com.

Oh my gosh I’m so excited! I loved these when they launched with the original Too Faced Tutti Frutti Collection last year! They are super pigmented and look fabulous on! The blush is a split pan which has a blush on one side and a sparkly highlighter on the other. You can combine the shades or wear them individually. A lighter hand is best because they pack some intense color!

I’m excited to see many of the new shades are peachy and coral! I’m all about peaches and corals for Summer so this is right up my alley!

I watched episode 5 last night and man, that was some disappointing sh1T. First off, I was majorly confused. I thought there were three more episodes left. For some reason, I was thinking S8 would have eight episodes but it’s only six. Wow! What a dumb mistake to make. Here I am thinking oh there’s so much more to go and in reality the finale is next week. Jeepers! Now I feel majorly rushed. This week’s battle was incredible. Praise the TV gods it was in daylight and we could see everything happening clearly!

Here’s where things sucked though…

The battle was incredible however, Dany’s spiral into madness probably happened a little too quickly for my tastes. Also, God bless Cersei! She just stood their emotionless for an hour of the episode and FINALLY had some emotional breakdown the last twenty minutes of the episode but even that felt like crocodile tears. Her demise was completely and utterly disappointing. I really wanted something horrific to happen to her. Call me cruel but Cersei was just someone that you felt needed to be put into her place. I’d have liked to see her and Dany actually fight it out. In the end, Cersei’s life was ended with a whisper and not with a bang.

This episode did lead me to believe that Dany will rule! As the mad Queen! I think she’ll be responsible for simply killing everyone off! We’ll see…we’ll see!

Some strange part of me wants to try the new Too Faced Pineapple Glow Moisturizing & Brightening Face Mask even though I know how poorly formulated the Too Faced Glow Job Radiance-Boosting Glitter Face Mask is.

You see, I’m a massive fan of Herbivore Brighten Pineapple Enzyme + Gemstone Instant Glow Mask so some part of me is like what if Too Faced’s formula is some hidden brilliant diamond in the rough! Pineapple extract are a great source of enzymes and they happen to gently exfoliate skin. And that’s exactly what this masks does. It uses lactic, glycolic acid, and a combination of lemon, apple, and pineapple to gently exfoliate skin which results in a brighter, smoother look. Apparently it also smells like pineapple! The only thing that does concern me is lemon and how much lemon is actually in this formula as that could be harmful to skin.

This mask will get added to the Tutti Frutti Collection shortly which means it’ll be available at Ulta and Ulta.com.

For highlighter fans there’s also a new highlighting palette being added to the collection!

Just a heads up the MAC Disney Aladdin Collection launched today at maccosmetics.com! I managed to snag the eyeshadow palette and a few lipsticks last week when they had early access! I’ll have reviews for you shortly!

VDL Eyeshadow Palettes are life! They create some really gorgeous eyeshadow palettes especially around Pantone season! Have you seen their nod to Pantone Color of the Year 2019 Living Coral? They did a gorgeous coral palette.

I’m happy to report VDL is now available at Ulta.com but I’m really sad to say I don’t see a single eyeshadow palette in sight! I hope this doesn’t mean Ulta won’t carry them as I really think the palettes are where VDL shines.

A lot of base products are available such as foundation, primer, and powder but very few color options. Maybe they’ll add more shortly. I have hopes! For now one of their most awesome options are available which is the Satin Veil Primer that gives skin a glass-like finish!

It’s nice to see this Korean brand at Ulta! Ulta really has taken on K-Beauty in a major way where as Sephora seems to have fell off the K-Beauty trend.

Of course, VDL is no newbie to the US market. Over a year ago they launched their own US site but I still love the idea of it at Ulta as it feels more accessible this way. I hope Ulta continues to add new items from VDL in the future.
