First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair BarriAIR Cream Is Light as Air and Hydrates While Protecting!

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair BarriAIR Cream ($30) launched last week and sure, I’m a little curious even though First Aid Beauty skincare can be a little hit or miss for me! This is a light-as-air moisturizer that helps to strengthen your skin’s natural barrier while providing hydration.

I think the formula intrigues me most because it does contain Ceramides as well as Sodium Hyaluronate which are two super ingredients as far as I’m concerned. I like the idea of a moisturizer that’s lightweight but contains some highly moisturizing ingredients.

Their idea when formulating this was to keep hydration and lipids in while protecting skin against pollution, irritants, allergens, and bacteria. If you live in a larger city you likely noticed your skin might be duller and drier due to pollutants in the air.

But as I said, First Aid Beauty’s skincare doesn’t always work out for me sadly! We’ll see how this goes!

What do you think?

OleHenriksen Glow2OH Dark Spot Toner Promises Brighter Skin in 7 Days Well, Sign Me Up!

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

What? Brighter skin in 7 days? Sign me up for the new OleHenriksen Glow2OH Dark Spot Toner! This new potent toner contains AHAs in the form of glycolic and lactic acids that help to not only brighten and exfoliate skin but also, it apparently corrects dark spots in as little as seven days. That’s a freaking HUGE promise!

Both Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid will act to even out your skin’s tone and it’s appearance while reducing dark spots and finer lines. Witch Hazel water helps to refine the surface of skin and brighten it while Lemon, Sugar Cane, Licorice Root, Chamomile, and Sandalwood Extracts help to condition skin!

Sigh! Why the lemon? Lemon is such a poor ingredient to include in any skincare since it acts as a sensitizer! Damn! I’m still curious though because damn, seven days? Do you really think it’s that potent and works that fast? Count me curious….!
