Essence World Eyeshadow Palettes Are Cheap As Day Old Chips

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Heads up the new Essence G’day Sydney, Salut Paris, and Olá Rio (my inner Portuguese girl is screaming to reply Olá Menina!) Eyeshadow Palettes are now available on Ulta. These launched a few months ago on the Essence website but I’m like one of those old farts that rebels at having to make purchases on brand websites directly. I hate it. I like doing one and done shopping that’s why I enjoy places like Ulta, Sephora, and Nordstrom. I don’t want to just shop one brand one one site. I want to do a haul of several things and brands at once.

Shrug.

Anyway, although I wanted these it never happened due to the reason I mentioned above. But I’m happy to report all three are now on Ulta.com and you can snag them at a great deal if you don’t have your 20% Coupon anymore just use 796356 and each of these palettes will set ya back $6.50!

Salut Paris is a mix of cooler pinks and sultry purples, G’day Sydney is a pretty selection of golden hues mixed with aquatics, and Olá Rio contains warm naturals mixed with cranberries and purples!

Each palette contains nine shades each!

Snag them now at Ulta!

Not One But Two New Cleansing Balms To Check Out

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Memebox Berry Melting Makeup Remover Balm and Ulta Cleansing Balm are now available! So, if you’re a cleansing balm h0r there are two new ones to check out!

Memebox Berry Melting Makeup Remover Balm ($23) launched a few short days ago and considering what a major fan I am of the Nooni Snowflake Jelly Cleansing Oil I HAD to purchase this. It’s a balm-to-oil cleanse that contains jojoba oil and blueberry extract to remove makeup easily while hydrating and protecting skin!

Ulta Cleansing Balm ($12) definitely has me curious! Ulta’s own brand has been known to have a hit here and there and I’m hoping for something great with their new cleansing balm that contains coconut and avocado oil as well as shea butter!

Both of these are available now at Ulta!

Oh and By the Way the Balm is Now Sold at Walgreens

The Balm is now sold at Walgreens! Gasp! Yup! I saw a display in two different stores recently. Granted it’s not the entire line but maybe come Fall 2019 they’ll be a little nook curved out for the Balm amidst the displays of L’Oreal, Maybelline, and Covergirl.

The comes as no great surprise to me as I think a lot of mid-range brands will be heading in this direction by 2020. I suspect you’ll see brands like Tarte and Too Faced branch out to mass drugstores and retailers like Walmart and Target not to mention CVS and Walgreens. My theory is they have pretty much gone as far as they are going to go online and at higher end luxury stores like Sephora. They have gained the attention of most demographics but the drugstore, well, the drugstore is sort of a new demographic to tap into and in turn to gain more followers and sales.

I’m curious if my predictions are right but I really feel like the beauty bubble is starting to crack at this point.

We’ll see how things go with the Balm being sold at Walgreens but I suspect it isn’t the only mid-range brand you’ll see at Walgreens.

What do you think?
