Lipstick Queen Reign & Shine Lipgloss ($20) is a new lipgloss infused with crushed golden pearls that’s available in six shade selections. I always feel like Lipstick Queen releases so few lipglosses and always jump at the chance to try any new ones since typically the formulas are fantastic.

Reign & Shine Lipgloss was a little disappointing shade wise so when I made a purchase it was for merely one shade since the other five didn’t quite appeal to me. The finish does however, as I loved the idea of a golden shimmer shiny finish plus the formula is supposed to be quite moisturizing while adding volume and plump to lips with sodium hyaluronate.

Wow! Have you seen the Lancome Sedona Suede Color Design Sensational Effects Eyeshadow Collection that just launched at Ulta?! 12 delicious mattes in shades of dune, terracotta, bark browns, and more.

These are so my shades. I am an avid user of Bobbi Brown’s Dune Long Wear Cream Shadow Stick for natural looks and I’m always looking for shades like it but a little more pigmented. It’s an orange-y tan shade that really compliments my eyes well! These new Sedona Suede shades look like they might have a color or two that might get me what I am looking for.

I’ve never heard of these and Lancome makes no mention of the collection on their site. I wonder if they’ll be an Ulta exclusive or if the collection includes more items.

You can file Bed, bath, and Beyond + under things I didn’t even know existed. I wish I knew about this like 3 or 4 years ago when the Bed, Bath, and Beyond I visit had the latest and greatest drugstore makeup picks. Nowadays, the makeup releases at Harmons and Bed, Bath, and Beyond are a little slow going.

None the less this is still worth having as contrary to the belief that I’m only shopping at Bed, Bath, and Beyond because of those 20% Off coupons I actually visit there a lot more than I realize even if it is a bit on the expensive side of the fence.

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer is probably the first primer I ever used. It’s also how I learned what primer was and what it did, etc…! Ironically, I HATED IT! And I still do. I have dry skin so this isn’t a formula I should use! I find it itchy, heavy, and I hate the way it pills on me.

It is not something I own nor use. However, I realize it has a certain cult following and people do love it. If you’re a lover of it you might be excited to hear the $49 Jumbo Photo Finish Foundation Primer is on sale at Ulta.com at the moment for $24 bucks. That’s a 1.7 oz tube that should last you a while 🙂
