Smashbox + Vlada Petal Metal Highlighter ($40) is a new, limited edition gel highlighter available in three shade selections that recently launched with the Petal Metal Collection which is a collaboration between makeup artist Vlada Haggerty and Smashbox Cosmetics.

I’ve expressed how taken I was with this entire collection in some of my earlier posts and also in my recent review of the Smashbox Petal Metal Covershot Eyeshadow Palette review. It’s a stunning collection to say the least and beautifully presented with shades that aren’t the same o’ same o’ round up of nudes.

One of the things I instantly loved about the Smashbox + Vlada Petal Metal Highlighters was the gorgeous square metallic rose gold compacts and the lovely 3D rose designs that reminded me of Milani’s Rose Powder Blush. Everything is just gorgeous in this collection and visually very appealing but the highlighters are the star of the show.

I would like to lay claim to having lent some inspiration in the creation of Physicians Formula Butter Paradise Eau de Toilette which will be available in the new Butter Palette launching at Walmart soon! Because lord knows, for years now I’ve said I wish they would do a perfume!

Yes, you’ve read that right! Physicians Formula has created a fragrance! An actual fragrance! I’ve said many, many times in the past that if Physicians Formula bottled up the scent they used in their products and created some sort of perfume I’d buy stocks in it. Now that wish is becoming a reality.

In May, they’ll be launching a new Butter Palette that features two Butter Highlighters, Blush, and Bronzer as well as a tiny EDT which will be have the same exact tropical scent as those powders. I can’t even begin to say how amazing this.

If you’re listening guys, please created an EDT for Argan Wear Ultra Nourishing Argan Oil Blush. I LOVE the spicy exotic scent of those blushes! Yum!

The palettes will be available in two shade selections and launch in May for $11.88 each at Walmart.

The new Bed, Bath, and Beyond $10 Off $30 coupon are starting to ship out via snail mail and I’m sure by now some of you have gotten at least one. As you may know back in 2015 there was some news outlets that mentioned that the home goods store would be scaling back on the 20% off coupons they so generously send out to consumers because studies showed that most people didn’t shop at the store without one of those coupons handy. And with good reason, as everything at Bed, Bath, and Beyond seems grossly overpriced compared to their competitors such as Amazon.

However, that 20% off was incentive to head on in because it would cut the cost down on that new coffee maker or frying pan you wanted not to mention Bed, Bath, and Beyond has an extensive beauty section in some stores that make heading into stores all the more enjoyable for makeup junkies.

The store has been in trouble for a while but from my understanding they might have plans in the works to improve the entire chain. Like most brick and mortar stores they face fierce competition from online retailers plus the often higher marked up prices make for poor selling points.

Right now, if you’re a bit of a fearless investor you might want to pick up a bit of their stock since it is hitting a low. If the promise of new changes is true it might reflect back on any investments you make now. The stock has tanked 75% since 2015 and even Wall Street feels like at the current selling price it isn’t low enough. So, yeah, fearlessness is key here.
