It Cosmetics Confidence in Your Glow Skin-Transforming Healthy Flush Blushing Bronzer ($32) is a new all-in-one blush, bronzer, and highlighter palette that the brand released in three different shade selections recently. As you know, It Cosmetics has been expending their Confidence Skincare Collection lately so, at the moment you can get your hands on Confidence in a Cream as well as the new Confidence in an Eye Cream but the range is also now extending to makeup as well. After trying out Confidence in a Glow I actually left to experience hoping they’d go even further with this line of products. I’m hoping they do more in this color collection in the future because even though I’m not a fond fan of the skincare, I absolutely loved the blush.

I think It Cosmetics has proven again and again with formulas like their Bye Bye Pores Blush, Ombre Radiance Blush, and Vitality Cheek Flush Stain, that they know blush and they know how to do the formula well. They prove this yet again with Confidence in Your Glow! I was very impressed with this formula and excited too because lately It Cosmetics has been a bit of a meh experience with me. Some of their newest skincare launches have been a tad mediocre and the Sephora offerings weren’t quite as great as I had hoped for.

Never the less, all is forgiven and forgotten after trying these new blushes out.

It Cosmetics Confidence in Your Glow are available in three shade selections and come housed in a sturdy ombre cardboard compact that a flap silver emblem closure featuring the brand’s name. It’s a very pretty presentation! These are quite generously sized and hold 0.521 oz of blush. There’s also a new Heavenly Skin One-Sweep Wonder Brush to apply these blushes but it is a little expensive at $48 just for the brush. I’ll be reviewing the brush in a later post but keep in mind the best way to purchase both the brush and the blush would be from qvc.com as they package up both for $35 which is basically like getting the brush for $3 and some change.

Confidence in Your Glow is talc-free formula which apparently contains a host of anti-aging ingredients as well as the popular It Cosmetics Drops of Light Technology. Now, this blush formula does have a orange scent much like the Confidence in a Cream formula. I thought the scent was very pleasant and an enjoyable experience however, if you’re sensitive to fragrance in your makeup or skincare it might be a deal breaker. The scent is very strong, how I wish the Sweet Peach Palette was as strong as this, however, it does seem to disappear once applied to my face.

It Cosmetics Confidence in Your Glow Shown Swatched with All Three Shades Combined (Instant Natural Glow, Instant Nude Glow, Instant Warm Glow)

The ombree design is made up of three shades which include a highlighter, blush, and bronzer shade. Since the palette is so big you can easily use the shades individually should you like or you can just swipe your brush across all three (which is what I did) and apply. Whether you’re using the One-Sweep Wonder Brush or a regular blush blush you’ll find that you can easily pick up all three shades easily which results in adding a touch of luminosity, warmth, and color to your cheeks and face. The bronzer adds just a touch of nice warmth while the highlighter adds a hint of luminosity to the final finish of the blush. It’s really a no brainer application. But of course, as I said, if you wish to use the shades individually it isn’t hard to dip into each separately.

You’ll find that the formula is soft, silky, and powdery but not chalky nor dry. It applies beautifully with a smooth, even finish that doesn’t look cakey nor does it cling to drier skin or unevenly textured skin. It’s very, very pigmented so, you’ll want to use a fiber brush or a lighter hand during application. It wore like a champ for me and looked as bright, fresh, and as vibrant as when I applied it after 10 hours of wear.

It Cosmetics Confidence in Your Glow was a raving success for me. I can’t express how beautifully textured these are, how fantastically they wear, and how gorgeous they look on my face. It Cosmetics did a fine job with the blush and I’m sticking a Muse Approval on it.

Don’t miss these.

If you need a suggestion for a shade to buy, I highly recommend Instant Warm Glow!

I normally am drawn to ombre, multicolored/striped face products but only if they’re meant to be swirled together if you felt like it, not if they’re meant as separate products. I think this would drive me nuts if I wore 3 dips into it.

I have the set from Qvc in natural glow. It is very pretty and the blush is over .50 ounces. Should last a long time.

  • Gina

How does the pigmentation in natural glow compare to warm glow? I am drawing to this kind of berry shade lately, hoping it has good color payoff.

    • Isabella Muse

all three have excellent pigmentation. They are all very rich and vibrant shades 🙂

  • Maria

Yes. They are more than twice the size of a regular blush compared to Tarte and Too faced.

I’m on a waitlist for nude glow from QVC. I’ve never shopped QVC before but placed my order last week when I read that you could get the brush for only an extra $3. Wonder how this waitlist thing will work out. I’m glad you like it, and I’m eager to try this glow!

    • Isabella Muse

I typically get my wait list items within 3 to 4 weeks. I was on a wait list for the Philosophy tinted moisturizer and I waited about three weeks and got it by week four after it shipped at the end of the third week! I think it is worth the wait, because the price is really good 🙂

      • Emily

Thank you for this insider’s perspective! I like this idea so much better than the “out of stock. . . email me when back in stock” button whose success depends on me checking my email before the million other people who want the product check theirs too.

        • Isabella Muse

Oh my pleasure! Typically their waiting lists are good because sure, you gotta wait BUT you’re almost always guaranteed you’re going to get it. It’s rare they send out a “it’s gone and we can’t fulfill your order” Keep waiting, the price is good and the formula is worth waiting on ;D

I wanted to love this, the color was beautiful, but EVERY TIME I try one of their powder products, it gives my cheekbones a dry, bumpy feel. The same thing happened with their powder foundation. I tried over multiple days with various application and the irritation persisted. So disappointing, I really don’t know what ingredient could be causing it, but I had to return the product in the end. 🙁

  • Isa

These do look very pretty on your cheeks! I like the first one the best; it is a strong colour but at the same time, it does look like a colour that could be a natural flush from physical exertion!

  • Jes

Looks great on you! I loved their cc radiance ombre blushes. Excited to try this, along with that brush!

    • Isabella Muse

Thanks Jes 😀 The brush is pretty awesome but a little $$$!

  • Kelly

I love IT Cosmetics, so I bought the blush and brush set from QVC. Absolutely love this blush! I bought the Warm one and it gives my face such a great flush of color. The highlighting part isn’t too flashy and the bronzer isn’t too dark. Totally love this! The brush is really nice – you just can’t beat the QVC deal!

  • Phyllis Reklis

Yeah! your review is awesome! I ordered the Natural from QVC for Mother’ s Day ~ “thanks, Hubby” 🙂 and I bought the Warm at Ulta…so now I have 2 shades and 1 brush and love it!
Do you have a favorite? you look good in each of them!!
I think the Nude would be too light for me but seeing it one you makes me want it 🙂

    • Isabella Muse

yay! So happy you like 😀 Instant Warm Glow is def my fav and thank you 🙂 you’re too kind! Nude is a very bronze-y shade, it’s actually quite pigmented 😀

      • Phyllis Reklis

well maybe I will pop into Ulta and take a look! I have some $ on my points/reward 🙂
Thanks again! Have a good weekend 🙂

        • Isabella Muse

My pleasure! I’m looking at your little tiny pic you have and you look light medium in tone so it should be ok for you! 🙂 Happy Weekend dear enjoy!

  • Agona

I do like how glowy blushes (versus matte) are back in trend; sort of erases the need to top with a highlighter?

  • Stacy

    Hi Muse,

How do you feel that these compare to the new Ciate Glow-To Illuminating Blush?

    • Isabella Muse

Not sure, my Ciate blushes haven’t arrived, I ordered them Thursday they should be here too. I don’t think they are anything like these though as Ciate’s appear to be luminous, it cosmetics are a satin finish.

  • Wendy

Damn you IT! for taking all my money. I bought all three. I’m in love lol
