I purchased this pretty much immediately after it launched. Well, I actually purchased about 95% of this collection when it launched. I can’t remember the last time I purchased everything from a collection nor can I remember being so excited about a launch. I think Smashbox did a great job presenting this release with great packaging and a unique round up of rose gold shades which not everyone is doing at the moment. I admit I do find makeup releases a bit uneventful lately and I’m not always as excited as I used to be when something new launches. But this collection really stirred up my excitement for makeup.

The very delightful Smashbox Pinks and Palms Cover Shot Eye Palette is back in stock and at sephora.com today and I promise it’s not another nude palette! This was briefly launched at Nordstrom and quickly sold out but Sephora now has it!

This colorful selection of shades will have you thinking Summer or perhaps it has a more musical festival vibe because Coachella is on everyone’s lips at the moment. Is Best Coast performing this year? I know they sort of got the heave ho in recent years. Sucks.

Anyway, musical festivals aside this lovely selection of pinks, mint greens, and purples is sure to get you a great looking eye look for Summer. I’m probably going to skip out on this one because I have the Smashbox Petal Metal Cover Shot Eye Palette to try out at the moment and I’m not so into this color range. You know you’re a makeup addict when you stalk the mailman and your doormat reads, “Please Hide Packages From Husband” or “Probably At Target” but most importantly of all, “If you’re the postman, Amazon, or Tom Hardy we’re home”

This etsy.com shop sells these and more! I think I’m going to have her do me a custom doormat that says, “I’m probably at Sephora shopping for makeup!”
