Can we just stop a moment and play some Motorhead because today is Thursday and we should start celebrating the weekend with a little of Lemmy’s scratchy voice RIP. It’s supposed to be a beautiful weekend and I’m headed away for it. Do you have anything awesome planned? Spring feels like it might just finally be arriving but I haven’t put my warmer sweaters and jackets away yet as yesterday it was pretty darn cold and windy!

Jesse’s Girl Twist & Shout Lip Balm Budget Friendly and Cute!

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.

I always have that urge to start breaking into Rick Springfield Jessie’s Girl whenever I slick Jesse’s Girl Twist & Shout Lip Balm on my lips. Yeah, sure there’s an “I: missing here but still, “why can’t I find a woman like that!”

But let’s be serious for a second here and discuss the fact that Rick Springfield got old and stuff. I was somewhat shocked to see how bad he looked in his brief Supernatural appearance. His skin was all Keith Richards I smoked one too many cigarettes looking. Between the runny guyliner he was wearing and the fact he obviously had some ahem work done I was a little bit shocked. I wasn’t shocked at how well he played Lucifer though. Dude, bring him back. He was brilliant and he bounced off Rowena so well. But he sure can just a little moisture….! Maybe a little lip balm?

Jesse’s Girl Twist & Shout Lip Balm might fit the bill!

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

I have so many foaming cleansers in my current rotation but I decided to give NYX Stripped Off Whipped Cream Cleanser ($8) a whirl recently because the fact NYX has a skincare collection now intrigued the hell out of me.

And hey, if you by some chance got yourself a Bubble Maker after my review yesterday, I highly suggest grabbing NYX Stripped Off Whipped Cream Cleanser because it works a treat with bubble makers!

Here’s some deets and my review.

Kopari Coconut Cleansing Oil Review

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

I was terribly excited to pick up the Kopari Coconut Face The Day & Night Kit ($40) which includes the new Kopari Coconut Cleansing Oil as well as a few ofjy the other new Kopari Coconut Skincare goodies. I was going to spend like $75 bucks or something to snag all their new coconut skincare but this kit got me deluxe samples of each of the four newest items for $40 bucks. I’m one of those jump right in and look later types when it comes to skincare. So, I indulge in something full-size, hate it, and it ends up in the makeup graveyard. I love, love, love brands and Sephora lately for introducing entire kits that include deluxe sizes of all their latest offerings. Several years ago, if a brand released a line of new skincare you’d have to wait several months and around the Holidays you might get lucky and find a kit that included perhaps one or two of the “new” products. I use the term new loosely because by the time they got around releasing that box set that products would have been old already.

Nowadays, almost as soon as they release their latest products they are doing some cute kit that includes said offerings in a gift set that’s priced just right. That’s exactly, why I was loving the Kopari Coconut Face The Day & Night Kit.

Anyway, I thought I’d break the set up and review the products individually.

Here’s my thoughts and review on the Kopari Coconut Cleansing Oil.

Yes to Coconut 2-Step Lip Kit Pucker Up! Review

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

I picked up one of the Yes to Coconut 2-Step Lip Kit Pucker Up! ($3.99) because I have dry, flaky as hell lips that look all kinds of zombie crusty in the Winter. See? This is why I do not like long-wearing liquid lipstick. Matte, long wear lipsticks were created to torture people with dry lips.

I blame steam heat. I keep telling myself I’m going to get a room humidifier for my bedroom as my skin, lips, and eyes would thank me for it but I haven’t done so yet. I swear steam heat will suck every bit of moisture from your body.

Anyway, Yes To has been a roll releasing all sorts of cream masks, peels, and exfoliaters in single use packages that range from $3 to $4 bucks each. Of course, being the mask junkie I am, I had to pick up a few and the Yes to Coconut 2-Step Lip Kit Pucker Up! ended up in my cart as well.

Here’s my thoughts and review.
