Kopari Coconut Cleansing Oil, Coconut Rose Toner, Coconut Face Cream, and other yummy coconut skincare products have arrived at Sephora.com. Kopari is rapidly adding to their small, existing line cruelty-free, vegan skincare. Most of the brand’s original offerings were multi-use but remained focus on body care. The newer launches are taking on facial skincare.
Here’s what’s on offer.
The L’Oreal Beauty and the Beast Lipstick and Polish is launching on February 9th in Europe and the question that begs answering is will the US get it as well? The collection has been making the rounds on the Internet and of course, appeared on Reddit first.
The collection consists of 7 lipsticks and 7 nail polishes each of which is inspired by a certain character from the film. The packaging is really quite fun with little nods to each character. For example, Mrs Potts shade has cute little tea kettles decorating the barrel of the lipstick where as the Belle’s shade features her silhouette.

I honestly don’t have any dates for a US release and I’m skeptical if we’ll even see this collection in the states but one can hope. I’ll be stalking feelunique.com in the hopes the collection launches there and will be available for shipment to the US.

I picked up one of the new J.Cat Beauty Compact Cushion Foundation ($18) which is a new cushion foundation that the brand introduced that’s available exclusively at Ulta.com. As a fan of cushion makeup I was excited to give this a try. It contains hyaluronic acid which is ideal for my drier skin but still light enough for oily skin as well.

Tom Ford Shade & Illuminate Lips ($60) bring me back to some of my first experienced with makeup. Help a sister out to jog her memory here, remember Revlon or was it Covergirl had powder lipsticks? They were duos if I remember right and each compact had a powder lipstick and a balm that would set the lipstick. I’m thinking it was Revlon or maybe Covergirl that made them. This had to be the mid-90s or so!
Earlier last year, Milk Makeup released their powder Lip Pigments and I think it was the first time in a very long time that powder lipstick actually made a come back. Sadly, the world is lacking in the powder lipstick department.
Until now anyway because Tom Ford has a few shades of their new Shade & Illuminate Lips Palettes up for grabs for Spring 2017 and just looking at them brings back so many feel good makeup memories.
