Lorac Mega Pro Palette 3 is a new, limited edition Holiday 2016 eyeshadow palette that contains 32 shimmer and matte eyeshadow shades. The Lorac Mega Pro Palette 3 was available last week as an Ulta Platinum Perk for one day only but the palette will launch at Ulta.com for everyone else on October 2nd!
