Lorac Color Source Buildable Blush 4

I might just need all the Lorac Color Source Buildable Blush ($22) shades! No, really, I need them all. Lorac Color Source Buildable Blush is a new Spring 2016 permanent launch of soft, silky blushes available in 10 shades.

Now these are available in either a satin or matte finish so I had this moment of, “Oh no dry!” I just don’t really love matte anything and matte blush particularly doesn’t sound appealing to this dry skinned, shimmer loving girl but Color Source Buildable Blush does so make me a believer. Satin? I can do satin but not matte and of course, I ended up purchasing a matte shade!

Ulta Micellar Water Cleansing Pads Review

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

Ulta Micellar Water Cleansing Pads

Ulta Micellar Water Cleansing Pads ($8) are a new Ulta Spring 2016 that harness the powder of micellar water and pop it into a little pad that you can travel easily with for quickie makeup removal.

My skin is kinda freaking out lately! I’m pretty dry but also a little sensitive in the fact that the less I use on the better because everything seems to dry it out further. Typically micellar water isn’t my pick for removing makeup as I’m one of those people that never feels truly clean after cleansing like this. But with my skin the way it is micellar water is actually a good pick for cleansing as it doesn’t strip or dry me out further.

I kinda sorta like the idea of pre-soaked micellar pads. I dunno why…maybe because they’d travel so easily? Maybe because I just like the idea of not having an endless supply of facial cotton hanging around to use my micellar water as hey, these already come in a pad! Who knows but I do so like the ideas of these.

Here’s my thoughts!

Etude House Berry Delicious for Spring 2016

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Etude House Berry Delicious Collection

The new Etude House Berry Delicious Collection has launched in Korea for Spring 2016 and I am very excited. Etude House has done a variety of “fruit” themed makeup collections over the years including a Peach one, a Tangerine one, and even a Cherry one! I’m happy to see one inspired by strawberries this year. The new makeup collection includes a selection of blushes, eyeshadow palettes, liquid lipsticks, and even a new berry fragrance.

I remember when the Peach Collection launched some years ago prior to Korean Makeup and Beauty being so huge in the US. I did a review on the collection and a reader of mine actually sent me the Etude House Newsletter from Korea and inside, was, ME! Ha…! They had posted my photos and a blurb about my review in a newsletter that was handed out in Etude House stores in Korea. That was one of the most exciting things that happened to me because of this blog!

I can’t WAIT to try out this collection!
