If anyone ever asked how I apply my foundation I’d instantly say, “Fingers!” but in recent years that’s not the case! I’m actually an avid concealer brush user lately. One of my favorite concealer brushes cost all over $3 bucks! It’s the E.L.F. Studio Concealer Brush. You can’t blend with it but it is an excellent flat head brush that works a treat to “paint” concealer into place and also acts to sheer out thicker, creamer formulas.

Another great one? The Sephora #57 as well as the Marc Jacobs The Conceal Full Cover Correcting Brush. I use one of these two to blend my concealer and truly they do an excellent job perfectly and smoothly out concealer to an airbrushed finish.

Two new concealer brushes popping on the scene this month are the Kat Von D Lock-It Concealer Brush and the Urban Decay Finger Brush both of which caught my eye recently.

I rounded up 10 new foundations for Fall 2016 that you might want to check out. I have admit I’m a concealer girl myself! I’m always looking for the next best concealer formula. I’m come to a point in my life where I’ve found formulas that I would dub holy grail status yet I still continue to hunt. Is there such a thing as a makeup therapist? I might need one to chat over why I have such commitment issues with my concealer. I love it, I use it daily, I think it performs incredibly, so, why can’t I commit to it?
