Risque, Sensual, Seduce, and Exposed are new shades of Tarte Naughty Nudes Amazonian Clay Blush that recently launched for the Summer/Fall 2016 season!

I was actually pretty excited about these shades even though I’m not typically a fan of bronzer or contouring. Not that these are bronzer shades but they are pretty orange-y and darker which is not something I’d typically reach for! I’m more a golden peach kind of girl myself. If you have a little or a lot of know how with contouring some of these shades will work at creating excellent shadowing around your face. Personally, I smiled, and dabbed on the apples of my cheeks as a blush color. But they do multitask as contouring tools as well as to add color to cheeks. On me, they look very meh because my application method isn’t exactly spot on but many Insta-celebs have been using them to create some fiercely chiseled cheek bones with the shades!

Benefit Holiday 2016 already? Yup!, It’s here! Benefit Holiday 2016 Gift Sets will be arriving soon with cute, festive little makeup sets as well as a brand new makeup and beauty advent calendar to count the days to Christmas off. Unfortunately, that calendar doesn’t include 135 Benefit products (because there are still 135 days/13 weeks left until Santa gets here)! Yes to Miracle Oil Argan Oil 2-in-1 Cleansing + Moisturizing Facial Wipes ($5.99/20 Wipes) are one of two new moisturizing makeup remover wipes that launched with the new Yes to Miracle Skincare Collection.

These 2-in-1 cleansing wipes are infused with Argan Oil which lightly hydrate as they cleanse. I was actually excited to try them since I have drier skin. I don’t typically rely on face wipes to clean my skin in all honesty. I’m a full on removal at the end of the night kind of girl and that typical takes more than wipes. But I do rely on micellar water and cleansing wipes when I get home late and just want to head to bed. I also use cleansing wipes very, very often to wipe away swatches from my arm. Believe me, they are a beauty bloggers best friend when you’re swatching tons of different products daily.

NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Cream ($7.50) are a new metallic lip cream that launched in 11 shades earlier this Summer. I tend to shy away from metallic lipglosses and lipsticks as I tend to look like unusual with them on, kind of like a robot gone horribly wrong!

But, count me curious, I really wanted to give NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Cream a try and although a majority of the shades I wasn’t really willing to wear (I’ll wear purple lipstick and red lipstick but metallic purple lipstick gives me pause), I did, at least fine three to love.
