If you gave me a pack of Hubba Bubba Gum, Big League Chew, or Bubble Tape I’d never be able to put it in my mouth. Oh my god way too sugary! Every year I do little Halloween bags for the Trick or Treaters and they typically include little erasers, pencils, spider rings, and of course, candy! We do a mix of chocolate and candy as well like Swedish Fish, Nerds, Gum, etc…! Halloween is my absolute favorite Holiday and I go big with the decor and candy. I remember about two or so years ago just after COVID we didn’t have as many Trick Treaters as we normally have and we had some left over candy. Some of that candy included little two packs of Hubba Bubba Gum. I ended up randomly popping a piece in my mouth and oh my god how did we ever eat this! I remember as a child BEGGING my mom to get me all these sugary gums. It was a real treat when she said yes. But now? You could pay me a million dollars to eat this stuff. It’s awful.

Now smelling like a piece of gum, well, that’s a different story entirely. I purchase the Tree Hit Sparkling Sugar Shea Sugar Body Scrub and Sparkling Sugar Foaming Gel Wash from the Tree Holiday 2023 Collection and I’m convinced they smell like a sugary strawberry piece of gum!

Scooby Doo x Wet n Wild Scooby-Doo Where Are You? Eye & Face Palette ($12) is a new, limited edition eyeshadow palette and face palette that launched with the Wet n Wild x Scooby Doo Collection. It contains 16 colorful shades inspired by Scooby and the gang.

I definitely do have a soft spot in my heart for Wet n Wild Collaborations. They’ve done some great ones over the years like the Care Bears Collection, Sponge Bob, Pac-Man, and many, many others.

I’m not nearly the collector I once was though and sometimes I’ll skip out on a collection or two! Like the Alice in Wonderland Collection would typically be something I’d haul in a second but I only ended up purchasing the Wet n Wild Alice In Wonderland Talking Flowers Lipgloss only from that collection! Certain collections grab me based on color alone and as much as I love Scooby Doo I probably would have skipped this if the colors weren’t something I’m interested in. And in this case, that happened. I saw the palette and instantly wanted it. I thought it was a rather nice Halloween themed palette with great shades that seemed cohesive.

So, here we are! I got my hands on it and I actually didn’t like it as much as I thought would. I had FUN with it but the formula is pretty weak sadly. Would I recommend buying it? Sure, if you want something to just have a little fun with and you have the extra cash to spend. Or if you are a hardcore Scooby fan it might be something you really need. Would I recommend buying it for the formula? Naa…! It isn’t Wet n Wild’s best in show as far as eyeshadows go.
