The Kayali Oudgasm Fragrance Collection will be available shortly with four brand new perfumes. Vanilla Oud, Cafe Oud, Rose Oud, and Tabacco Oud will be available in Eau de Parfum Intense starting October 1st. The fragrances were created to layer with each other and there will be a a new bakhoor for each scent ($119 each) that will be launching with the collection which is a perfumed oud wood. The Oudgasm Collection will launch October 1st. The collection took five years to create according to Kayali’s Instagram account.

I’m excited about this launch. I personally navigate to gourmands and I’m not a HUGE oud girl but I do like certain scents that have the note and I’m curious how these will smell. I’m kind of hopeful she’ll do a holiday set featuring all four like the Kayali Minatare Set that’s currently available as it would be so nice to have all four in one set to trying out! I don’t think these are a safe blind buy for me! I do need to likely head in to Sephora for a little sniff test before indulging. What do you think? Curious about this collection?

The Glow Recipe Holiday 2023 Gift Sets have arrived and the Best of Glow Wish Kit is the one to keep your eye during the Sephora Holiday Savings Event because that one gets you some bang for your buck! It includes 8 full-size products for $199 (but during the sale it’ll be $160 if you’re Rouge). They did a similar set for Holiday 2022 which was called Glow Recipe Hey You, You’ve Got It All Set but it was a bit more and had nine products ($241 compared to $199). They also, switched up the contents this year which is nice as you’re getting some newbies like Strawberry BHA Pore-Smooth Blur Drops.

Look out Bobbi! Gwen is coming for you! Goop Colorblur Glow Balms launched today in fives shades and they are serving up Jones Road Miracle Balm vibes. According to Gwen she doesn’t really wear makeup unless she’s dressing up so she created Colorblur Glow Balm to give cheeks a sheer flush of color. These translucent cream blush contain vitamin e and c as well as safflower oil for a fresh pop of color that gives a hydrated, natural-looking glow.

“Just a little—I use my fingers—brightens up your whole face in seconds,” Gwyneth says. “And it nourishes your skin at the same time…!”

They are actually fairly different in formulation but the idea and concept appears to be the same. A glowy, sheer, and moisturizing balm blush is the basic concept. I already own the Jones Road Miracle Balm in two shade and it’s literally a solid balm (you have to dig at it to get the color out) and it has a very moisturizing and balmy consistency. It’s not something you want to indulge in if you have oily skin as it definitely gives a dewy color finish.
