Word on the street is there is going to be a Laneige Caramel Apple Lip Mask but until we actually see it (so we can believe it) we’ll made do with the now Lanolips Lano 12 Hour Overnight Lip Mask! This is the first lip mask for the brand and I’m hyped about it. It not only contains lanolin but vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and ceramides. Not sure why we need Vit C in a lip mask but I’ll take the HA and ceramides! My dry lips thanks you for that. This promises a rich, buttery cruelty-free formula that doesn’t contain petrolatum and mineral oil. There are plenty of good oils here as well like apricot and castor.

I’m a fan of pretty much anything Lanolips does and I’m excited to see them doing a lip mask finally!

It’s been a while but we’re the Balm is back for the Fall season with a brand new release! the Balm Ms. Nude York Eyeshadow Palette for Fall 2023 ($32) is available now and features 12 neutral shades of color for creating that perfect nude eye look this Fall.

Is it weird I want this because I’m a New Yorker? The Nude York is rather cute! That being said a lot of these shades are already in my stash and nothing really stands out as unique! Very cute but definitely not a must have! I will say bless the Balm for still being around all these years especially with so many brands being hit hard by the pandemic! Remember their Muppets Palette? Or the How ‘Bout Them Apples Lip and Cheek Cream Palette from Spring 2014! I almost forgot about these. What good memories! I’m glad to see them churning out new releases. Even if these shades are dupable I give them props for still being around and having a fanbase that’s obviously buying!

Chanel Ombre Premiere Libre Eyeshadow ($40) are now available for Fall 2023. You might get feel good MAC Pigment vibes from this launch! These new loose eyeshadows contain pearlescent particles and intense pigment for deep, vibrant, satiny color. The powder switches to creamy consistency for a smoother finish upon application. The built-in sponge applicator makes it easy to sweep color on eyes.

I really like loose eyeshadow but also, it can be messy! I think the sponge applicator will lessen the fall out and make for easier application. I’m pretty happy with the overall Chanel Fall 2023 Collection. It definitely has a Fall vibe which is something many releases lack lately as everyone is so busy rushing out Holiday Makeup Collections!

This collection also features two shades of Chanel Excel Blush both of which sold out at Nordstrom. These tend to get pricey but their limited-edition blushes are worthy of a pick up!
