I did. Make something I was proud of that is! My love list includes a major accomplishment which is making Sydney’s Potato Chip Omelette from the Bear. I wish I took a picture because it didn’t happen if you didn’t take a picture am I right? It came out good. I need pats on the back for this.
If you don’t know the Bear is a Hula original TV show about an award-winning Chef who ends up taking over his brother’s Chicago Italian Beef joint when he commits suicide. It’s a chaotic show that will give you anxiety if you don’t already have it. I dunno how but the show literally evokes nervousness in me and addicting to watch it unfold. One of the show’s young chefs, Sydney, creates an interesting Potato Chip Omelette that went viral and I had to try to make it. My first attempt was messy and my second was pure bliss. I know, sounds weird, chips in an Omelette but I promise it’s manna. I’m one of those weirdos that like chips on a sandwich anyway so, putting chips in my eggs seemed like a no-brainer. I’m sticking Sydney’s Potato Chip Omelette on my things to love this week!
